Sunbeam Heated Electric Blanket Channeled Microplush Twin Size Slate Grey

This blanket was on back order when I ordered ours. A date was given for delivery and it was delivered by that date. I don't like the feel of a electric blanket because of the wires but dislike being cold even more. I ordered the single bed size because I wanted to use it as a "foot warmer". It's at the end of the bed, on top of the comforter, and it works like a charm. Our feet are warm but we are covered by our very comfortable comforter. It's bigger than I thought it would be so it warms quite a bit of the lower half of the bed. I'd buy this again.

This is a very nice electric blanket. It is extremely soft and cozy. It got plenty of use last winter and already quite a bit this year with out any problems. My daughter loves having a heated blanket at night, because her room is above the garage so it is cooler than the rest of the house in the winter. She has a full size bed now, but the twin size electric blanket works keeping the whole area under her covers nice and warm. The multiple heat level settings are great and I really like that it has a programmable automatic shut-off so I don't have to worry about her leaving it on too long. The twin size would also be good for a warm lap blanket to share when you are snuggling on the couch.

I used this Sunbeam Heating Electric Blanket this winter. I live in Florida so I used it for 4 months straight. Its heating ability is great. It gets very very warm if left on all night. I usually leave it on 5 to keep warm at night. It works great and doesn't automatically shut off. It's very soft and feels very comfortable. I like the throw much better than the larger sizes. My husband does not like to use an electric blanket so its the perfect size for my side of the bed. Soft, extra warm and comfortable. I love this blanket and it was priced very reasonable. The box arrived on time and it was packaged very nicely. I will buy again.

I purchased this a few months ago, and decided to wait for my review. For some reason, every other electric blanket quit working after a couple months. It's been almost a year, and this one is still going strong.Considering the weight of it, I thought it would be flimsy, but it keeps me nice and cozy. The one that is pictured is not the one I bought. Mine has an oblong controller.

It took several uses before we were able to get it to really warm up, at first we thought it was defective. But it now works very well. The fabric is very soft and plush, but thin. However, it warms up so well, that it doesn't really need to be thick.

Major disappointment. I read the comments, before ordering, about it being too thin and the wires easily felt but thought perhaps the reviews were too critical. The reviewers were absolutely correct. The blanket is far too thin! almost feels like a tee shirt. The wires are very apparent and stick out when folded. My current ten year old Sunbeam blanket feels like a true blanket. Barely can I feel the wires. I do not recommend this blanket. Hard to believe a company like Sunbeam, who has been in the electric blanket business for years, would produce something like this. I will search for something else to replace it. It is going back tomorrow.

This blanket heats fairly well, but quite unevenly. The material sheds little pieces of blue fluff all over the sheets. So it is just a so-so buy.The control is awkward to operate and the display is not easy to see, especially in the dark. I was disappointed. The instructions were generic for blankets and bed pads, so they were difficult to follow and very brief.

I originally ordered one for myself and my partner that was a king size, and we loved it so much we gifted a twin one to my mom! We don't have a heater so it was a life saver in the winter on cold nights. It has been a few years and it still works great and washes fine!
