Sony BRAVIA KD49XG81 49-inch LED 4K HDR Ultra HD Smart Android TV with voice remote - Black (2019 model) [Energy Class A]

I had a crack screen in my first one, then I phoned up to Amazon and Amazon sent me a replacement without any hiccups plus giving me £10 compensation. The crack my wife suspected was made by the first delivery guy. My wife told me that the delivery guy brought the tv down before knocking my door plus the tv was upside down. Then the 2nd delivery guy was knocking my door first than taking tv down from the truck, and handled with care to bring in my house.TV's picture is great, functions are handy, sound is sharp. Little disappointment is that it doesn't connect to my Sony wh-xb900n headphone directly. It needs an audio transmitter to connect.Some other function like gaming, I am still learning how to use, that's why I gave 3 stars for gaming. By the way, does anyone know if there is any compatible joypad for this tv? So that I can download games from Play Store and play directly without extra console.

Arrived quickly on prime and was easy to set up. The picture is bright and very colourful and the sound clear if a little thin and the remote connects to all my other devices that is useful. Had to connect my hifi speakers through the headphone socket that was a little annoying, as I expected it would have RCA out sockets like my previous sony, but all in all very happy.

Quality is really nice. Dedicated Netflix and apps button. Google play button opens movies only. Google play store doesn't have sky app, tv doesn't play from laptop when in screen mirroring it literally gives a message on laptop. Back button doesn't leave menu so get used to the tv button.Its a nice tv but I bought it for sky store and prime video. Prime is preinstalled and loads slowly. Connected to Echo studio, sound lags behind picture, very noticeably. This however could be a network issue. Android Tv is sub par In comparison to a fairly old android mobile device but still works well enough.UPDATE: Prime video loads faster, TV updates regularly enough and still works really well a year in, also no issues with remote which is nice. This TV is excellent, connecting to laptop seems more like a laptop issue as issues as I noticed when connected by HDMI it consistently cuts sound to re-acknowledge connection. Xbox works fantastic on it and Xperia XZ Premium connects quite well.1 small thing to know is that in order to use Alexa you need to have the same email address for both Amazon account and what you setup with for using Google and YouTube.

Delivered on time. Excellent product which met all my expectations, ie ease of use, features, excellent picture and sound quality. Set up was straightforward.

OMG, this TV is amazing and loons amazing, has built in chrome cast Netflix and all the other streaming services, I have use us for gaming and it works just fine although if you want to take gaming seriously I would recommend investing in a gaming monitor this tv is built more for watching movies and streaming your favourite TV shows

Functions as should, did crash one of the days and wouldn't start till it was unplugged and plugged back in again, but this was a one off occurrence, has a seperate power brick which is a probably a good thing, shipping and handling of the product was terrible though, there was a massive hole in the shipping box which I thought ment it was going to have to go back to Amazon.

Item arrived faulty - kept restarting itself, while sound was not in sync with the picture.Eventually got it repaired by Sony, but soon developed another fault - a vertical line down the screen.Do not buy this product.
