Cart is well made for the money, good directions.
This cart turned out to be very solid when put together, but I used 1" OD diameter fender washers on all the machine bolts, bolts and nuts side both, and on the cable holders I replaced the small bolts provided with 5/16-18 X 1/2" long bolts. The holes are bigger for them and the larger bolts fit perfect, I also used fender washers on the inside of the cart, 1.5" OD diameter for those larger bolts. Used the larger 5/16" bolts for the support bracket at the underside back of top tray as well. Larger holes for it as well.I see a lot of folks complain that sheet steel carts are junk, but if they would just use fender washers, they would find it really tightens them up and makes them real solid. I've used them on all my carts, drill press tables, grinder tables, sander tables, anything where thin sheet steel and small screws or bolts hold it together. They aren't that expensive and it makes a huge difference. Manufacturers could provide them, but that would raise the cost of their product and they have to stay cost effective with competition. The cart comes with plenty of extra bolts, washers, and nuts. They take a 10mm socket, and wrench to tighten. Some carts use machine screws with Phillips pan head screws, you can't really torque those like you can the bolts provided with this cart. I cranked down pretty hard using a 1/4" drive ratchet, and didn't break any off.I didn't use the so called lock washers, those things are junk, the military doesn't use them. I used loc-tite on all the hardware. Self locking flange nuts on the six 5/16" bolts.Rear tires were larger than most others of this size, caster wheels were on the cheap side, but they work OK.This unit was only $80.00 when I purchased it. It is intended for smaller MIG, TIG welders, and plasma cutters.Arrived well packed and undamaged. Axle was sandwiched between the two front side rails wrapped in shrink wrap. It took me a while to find it, at first I thought I was missing it. Eastwood could put a note on the directions telling people that. I'll bet they get calls from folks who think the axle is missing.Overall I like this small welding cart. It is made for 7" diameter gas bottles. 80cu/ft bottles and 125cu/ft are 7.250" in diameter, they should work fine. Product description says it will hold up to a 125cu/ft tank, those tanks weigh 50lbs. The cart itself weighs 30lbs. A small welder will weigh from about 20-50lbs.This cart has 7.5" steel rear wheels with solid rubber tires. Some carts this size have plastic or all hard rubber rear wheels, most are smaller diameter too. Mine had a small dent on one hub, I put it on inside, doesn’t show now. I also replaced the cotter keys provided with 19/64” diameter X 1 15/16 long Hitch pins $0.99 for a pair at TSC. Perfect fit, cotter pins were sloppy loose in the axle holes, hitch pins make it supper easy to install wheels, and very easy to remove to clean axle and relube when needed. The bearings are steel. I used Mobil 1 grease on them and the axles, and put 2 extra fender washer on the inside of the wheel where it contacts the axle tubes both sides, to take up side to side movement and widen wheel base.It is hard to tell from the picture the manufacturer provides, but there is a stamped in raised edge along the sides about 3/8” high, so a welder won't vibrate off the side of the cart. It also adds rigidity to the top shelf. Steel is 18 gauge (.0478”) BTW, by my thickness gauge. If the 1" high front and rear rails were on the sides, on many MIG, and spool welders, the side door would hit them, so this is a good, well thought out design for them. On other carts people report they can't open the side doors without putting something under the welder to raise it up over side rails. The cart doesn't have a handle on the front, like most do. I like that, since they just get in the way of the welder controls. I've seen one model where the handle unhooks and folds down, more expensive though. I can use the front of the top shelf as a handle. I will only rarely be wheeling this cart around anyway. The cable holders are 1/4" steel and seem heavy duty enough for my 35' of #2 cables. They are stamped steel, mine had a few sharp burr edges on one, I filed it smooth. As with all stamped steel it is wise to check for these so you don’t cut hands or cable insulation. If I get around to it, I will post some pictures of my assembled cart.Paint on the cart was better than some I've seen. I found only a few small scratch on the top of the middle shelf, and bottom shelf.I would recommend this cart for anyone looking for a small cart for a MIG, or TIG welder, as long as the welder isn't longer/deeper than 17.5" If you have one of the larger, longer, 60+ pound welders, this cart isn't for you.Eastwood makes this cart for their welders, so you can compare their welders size with yours. These small carts are top heavy with the welders on them, so it helps to add weight to the bottom shelf, use caution when moving cart around, especially if not on a smooth hard surface!I would purchase other items from Eastwood, based on the great customer service I received, and a quality product for what it is.

Great value holds my welder and all my stuff
Overall, a super functional, solid little cart at a great price.Pros:* Fits my Weldpro MIG200GDsv with a few inches to spare.* Plenty of storage for mask, wire/rods.* Cable hangers are functional if a little small.* Great assembly instructions.* All holes properly punched, nothing out of alignment.* Well packed to prevent damage.* Great price.Cons:* The rubber wheels stink. You should assemble and keep this thing outside.* Sometimes it feels like you need 3 hands to assemble it trying hold parts and thread nuts.* The top shelf is plenty big enough for my welder and the cart is solid, but I'm going to add a strap. It doesn't feel secure perched on top.Tip: Be sure to tighten the nuts with the cart sitting on a flat, hard surface. Otherwise it's likely to end up a little wobbly.

It works well for me.
Easily assembled, and fit my Lincoln 140 just right!Rolls easily and the hooks hold the cables perfectly with ample room for more!Pretty sturdy, and has a nice finish, a welcome addition to the shop.

A good, strong cart.
I like this cart. I can't use it for my PrimeWeld, in that the top shelf is too small, but there's enough room to handle my 115vac welder. I also like that the caster wheels, in the front, and the large, heavy-duty wheels, in the back, can roll easily around the shed. It was fairly easy to assemble, with all supplied hardware. I inventoried the parts, laid them out, and assembled the cart, by following the supplied directions.

Very Nice Cart
Well built. Solid construction. Shelves are nice.Bought this for a Lincoln mp 140. Had to bend the front panel down slightly, but otherwise great fit.

Fits Lincoln Lincoln 180 dual mig welder but... with slight easy mod
The feet did not fit within the edges....so...I bent the front of the top shelf lip down as in the picture. That is a 175cf bottle. Just put some blocks in there because the tank has to be almost all the way back so as not to pinch over the gas line. There is plenty of room for the line and the bent down lip does not seem to compromise the integrity at all because there is still a nice crease there. The welder is actually very secure this way. Notice how the corners are turned up at those front feet. This works great. I cannot yank it off of that stand, I think it might tip first. This is probably heavier than Eastwood recommends. I know the bottle is. I think it’s perfectly fine.

Too small
Won’t fit a 220 mig welder or a 220 plasma cutter or a big mig bottle
