Works for me.
I have fibromyalgia and use these when I'm feeling tense and in pain. They don't take the pain away but definitely lessens the pain for me. These seem to be good quality.

Really helps
I like the product and it does seem to really work. It puts me into a deeper sleep. I don't think it's good to use every night but a few times a week is great. Smells bad but you can get over that.
