Good quality part fast delivery purchased for a client who has budget constraints and worked as perfectly build quality looked better than original but only time will tell Do your self a favor and remove the window it is 2x10mm bolts you just loosen do not remove them it takes 2min but will save loads of time other than that you can deal with all of the other ford problem like a bracket that is attached to the door make sure you look this part up because you will have to detach it from the door actuator too remove one of the arms that can only be taken out at a angle the other arm is a straight forward clip these will be your biggest headache complete job took 45min you will need a t30 and t15 allen 1/4" or extended head, phillips screwdriver and a 10mm I used a swivel with t15 1/4” ratchet and a 3in extension it made the whole job much easier good luck would purchase this product again 👍

The part was a good replacement, and I recommend it.The rest of my review is advice on installing the part. The only downside on the part is that it comes with Phillips head screw. Don't use these. The original part I removed had Torx screws. Reuse the Torx screws. You can use a small Torx bit with a wrench to get behind the window glass and turn in the screws. You'll never get a normal Phillips screwdriver to reach and the Phillips will cam out of the screw if trying to work with a small bit behind the window glass.You'll need a well equipped toolbox to tackle the variety of fasteners and positions you'll have to deal with.

Seems like it should hold up very well lb the arms that broke of the factory one seem like cast aluminum these seem like an better quality aluminum.

Even after watching many videos, these things are difficult to install. Took 4 hours for the first one. Second one will be much easier and won't take half as long! Can't address the durability until we see how it holds up.

Got he job done. It was difficult to install, but not because of the part but because of good ole ford 💪🏾

Performing as intended. Did have to lubricate metal parts to get handle to retract properly.

Nowhere's near as hard as people say. Just take the glass off and there's holes in the door panel for the screws. It took me about 40 minutes from start to finish.

Fit perfect on a 2012 Ford Focus.
