Wide enough to fit my Spectre E205W
I purchased the case with the intend it would be large enough for my Spectre E205W monitor. The monitor width fits perfectly in the case (side to side) and the top to bottom size of the case has an extra couple inches that allows me to put the monitor's easily removable base in the case as well. It worked ideally for me on my recent road trip out west.

G75 it works, just not as thick as i want it to be
It is good and fits with ease the G75vw that I have ... first one that does! Thank goodness! :)But I want it to be a little thicker ... but out of the three I have bought this is the only one that works lol so take what you can get :)

Barely fits MSI GT80, should fit Clevo P870DM
Seems well built and is nice and thin. I like having my laptops in sleeves for extra protection inside backpacks, or if I just want to carry it by itself it's nice to have some padding. I hate super thick ones as they are more than I really need and then won't fit into a backpack as well. The only thing I would have liked would be a pocket for USB drives and cables.It does fit an MSI GT80 but just barely, and it is a tight fit. I don't recommend it for the GT80 but wanted to mention this in case it helps anyone out. I actually bought this for a Clevo P870DM which is a large 17" notebook that is slightly smaller in every dimension than the GT80 so it should work great for me. I don't have the Clevo yet but bought one to replace my GT80 which I am selling.

It's functional
Flimsy material, but this is expected. I ordered it as it is the only one that fits my large laptop. It's better than nothing.

No problems, more than enough room
It was more than enough room to fit my Sager NP 9390, which is a very thick laptop. Material will not scratch the rubberized surface. Have not tested the splash resistance and I don't plan on it. I would still prevent dropping the laptop, simply for ease of mind protection against scratches and dust.No shipping problems, arrived quickly and well before estimated delivery date.

JUST WHAT I WANTED
Have an 18" laptop and was about to take a long trip...I needed this cover for my laptop. I ordered rather late, but the cover arrived on the day before I left. My laptop fit perfectly, the case was just right, not too bulky, offered adequate protection from little bumps along the way. I thankfully didn't see how the splash resistant part worked, but that's okay...I'm sure it works fine. This really was just what I wanted.

EXACTLY what i wanted!
i wanted a vertical bag not a horizontal bag for my laptop. try an find one for a 17.3 " screen that DOESN'T cost an arm an a leg!! i purchased a regular sleeve that i dded to this. that's why i bought the 18" case. :D i added a bit of material to each side to attach a strap and voila! vertical laptop case! :D awesome case this is!

Not to thick, but big enough for an Alienware 17 R5
Fabric is thinner than that of Caselogic products, so not much protection on falls, but given the weight of a 17+ inch laptop, only a proper box (like a pelican) would protect it. For the purpose of cosmetic protection or a very light rain, it works.

Alienware M18x (18.4 screen)
Bought this for by Dell M18x, to give it some protection when I wanted to take it to Spain in my hand luggage suitcase, as it would not be benefiting from the usual protection of the laptop rucksack I have for it.Very please with this cover for the price, fits the laptop like a glove, and will give it some protection from other items in the case, which could have led to the casing being scratched.

Soft cover for laptop. The edges are piped so will protect edges of laptop a little
