Unbelievable results!
I used the to engine cleaner recently on an old Saturn that burned some oil. They're notorious for sticking/clogged piston rings. This stuff used to be part of a GM procedure to reduce oil consumption on the early Northstar V8s, so I decided to give it a try. A baseline cold compression check was done with 2 cylinders at 150psi and 2 at 75psi. To start, all 4 spark plugs were pulled and a syringe was used to squirt 2oz into each cylinder. It was allowed to soak overnight. The next day each cylinder was drained with a tube and a vacuum pump to prevent hydro lock. The plugs were reinstalled and the engine started and revd up to knock things loose. It blew some white smoke and there was some carbon on the ground at the tailpipe. After that I took it for a ride and thought it felt a little peppier, but told myself it was just placebo effect. Later in the day I did a cold compression check (like the original test) and couldn't believe the gauge. Both of the weak cylinders had improved and there was 150psi across the board now. I tried this treatment for the sake of trying something new and the "there's nothing to lose" mindset and expected 10-20psi improvement, but doubling the compression on the weak cylinders is unbelievable.

Worth every penny and then some!!
I have a 2005 LLY Duramax and was ready to replace the injectors due to a rough idle and bad balance rates. I had read in a few forums about this stuff so I thought I would try it. Saved me from replacing any injectors! balance rates look great. Idle is smooth as a new one. I have several thousand miles on the engine since using this product and is still smooth. For a diesel, I would look up some videos on how to do it. You do not put it in the fuel tank, but mix it with 1/5 gal of fuel and connect it straight to the fuel pump. Instead of pulling fuel out of the tank, it pulls from the gallon jug that you mixed up. Let it idle only (took mine about 2 hours) until it has pulled all of the fuel from the jug. Reconnect the fuel lines and you done. I had to buy a special quick connect tool to disconnect the fuel lines, but was much cheaper than injectors. Highly recommended!!

Four Stars
Probably a good product, but didn't clear the stuck piston rings in my car.

Great Upper Engine and Fuel Injector Cleaner
This solution can be used as an induction or injector cleaner. Use with an injection cleaning apparatus for best results but, can be used without it. Thus, experience with injection cleaning systems would be recommended. Do not place the X66P directly in the fuel tank, for it may damage the fuel pump and other system components.(with the engine at operating temperature)When used with an injection cleaning apparatus(Depending on your equipment, calculate volume), Fill the injector cleaning tank with regular unleaded gasoline(90%) and the remaining 10% with AC Delco X66P.For induction cleaning, (caution)to prevent hydro-locking at such a low rpm, do not induce too much cleaner. Slowly induce the cleaner into the engine with rpm off of idle enough to prevent it from stalling (~2,000 rpm).Turn the engine off after inducing the cleaner and allow the cleaner to soak with the engine off for 30 mins to 1 hour.Restart and test drive.

Well worth the money!
Worked like stated! Had to alter delivery to fuel rail because I don't have the $130.00 pressurized gismo.I used a small pressure sprayer with a pressure gauge and fitted it with a fuel filter and had the connector to attach to the fuel rails Schrader valve port, ( removed the Schrader valve) and injected it at approximately 50 psi.The cleaner worked great and made the check engine light go off emediatly.

Before replacing injectors try this product
The product was amazing. The injectors were not operating correctly and the 2005 duramax exhaust was white. It was also running rough. After running this product through the injection system the engine is running extremely smooth and is no longer smoking white. It's is recommended to perform this clean cycle ever 70000k miles, which I will do with my other duramax. I highly recommend this product as a maintenance and injector treatment.

FALSE ADVERTISING
False advertising. The picture in the add shows the old plastic 16oz bottle which was a much better product. I recieved the metal 32oz can which works but no where near as good as the older one. If you’re looking for the plastic bottle DO NOT ORDER THIS.

after it was recommended to me by others
I originally bought this hoping to remove carbon deposits from various turbo parts, after it was recommended to me by others. I was unfortunately disappointed by the performance, even after soaking and scrubing the parts. If this is your intended purpose for this cleaner, look elsewhere.
