Powersport Superstore ( bad customer service _)?
So here it goes 4 Months after purchase I am left stranded on the road with a completely DEAD battery $160 had to have my bike towed $80 now after doing some research i come to find out that the Ballistic batteries have been shorting out after only a few months for a lot of people I contact Powersport Superstore explain my situation and that i have a riding trip planned in the next week and i will need a replacement sent before i go after 3 calls to them and 5 days later they say we got the warranty started but it may take some time i offer a written guarantee that if they do not receive the defective item back they can charge my card (fair?) i just need it replaced and as the customer its the rite thing to do...now i am currently waiting on a call back from the manager since he was " out to lunch".....will update

Ballistic Performance EVO2 12V Battery 8 Cell for Motorcycles 100-011
I used this battery as a replacement for the factory battery. It is small and powerful. When I hadn't use the original battery in my bike it discharged fully. This started up right away with no problems.

Battery Came Beat up and Dead!!!
Although the battery came next day as promised, that is the only thing positive about this whole ordeal. I open the box and immediately notice the weathered look of the battery, I shrugged it off and installed it and it doesn't work!! I shouldn't have to charge this expensive battery, and then I tried charging it and it won't hold a charge. I hope they can make this right. 5 stars for shipping, 0 stars for everything else..

Exactly what I expected
It arrived as promised, fit well and started the bike with no problem. It is a quality looking package and the extra foam for making it fit worked out very well. I would buy another one for sure.

This battery rocks
I was both surprised and skeptical when the package arrived and I saw the size and weight of the battery. One push of the starter button made me a believer.

No good
No good.. melted and leaked in the battery compartment. Made a mess. Very unreliable. Lucky it didn't catch on fire.Let me know if you need pics, don't know how to post it on here
