Nice bit of kit
I have been contemplating getting a dashcam for a while now. Always one to look out for a bargain I went in search at the cheaper end of the scale (being a first timer I didnt want to spend too much). Most people recommend the branded stuff but ofcourse the known brands come with their own prices. My thought process was to find a camera where I could add a rear facing camera as well at some point in the future. My target was to go for something in the £30 range. Having searched for a bit I came across this which had both front and rear cameras for £35. Sold!Delivered with prime the next day (gotta love the service) the camera comes in a nice compact box. The camera feels well made and the 4 inch screen is nice and clear. I was worried I would need to start slicing through wires to get the power sorted out but this dashcam comes with a cigarette lighter charger which runs both front and rear cameras. The connector is a mini USB (as opposed to even micro which most things are if not USB C). Both cameras have a good amount of cable so for instance the front camera can be mounted in the middle of the windscreen and the cable can be tucked away behind the dash or through the headliner if the design allows. The rear camera is a small unit with adequate length of cable to run through the nooks and crannies for cables. Its a fiddly but satisfying job when completed properly. The front camera comes with the usual suction cup mount and a spare provided which is an excellent touch in my opinion. The rear camera comes with mounting accessories so again, a bit fiddly but once done quite satisfying. The camera if plugged in when the car is started will automatically start recording but can be stopped at the click of a button. The rear camera has a single cable that runs to the front camera and plugs in to it which does both power and video. There is a small copper cable running off the rear camera as well which I assume is to splice into power from the battery. This will give the always on option including when the car is not started up. The menu on the camera is simple, easy to navigate and quite intuitive so I would suggest is easy to use for users of all technical abilities. The fact that once plugged in and has the requisite micro SD card in all that is needed is to start the car and the camera starts to work. The image from the camera is full HD crisp and clear. One thing I did realise is although the description says the camera takes up to 32gb memory cards, I tried a 64gb card with no issues. I was able to record and then review the recordings as well so possibly one to take note of. Overall, for the price of most front only dashcams, you get a front and a rear, good quality recordings, an easy to use interface and peace of mind should an unfortunate incident occur. In my book this product is win win all the way.

Great value twin camera recorder
Bought this as my more expensive recorders were playing up, so try it out. This one is an easy set-up and comes with the suction mount. Only down sides are the mounting allows a side to side wobble to develop when driving (mine wobbles most at 50 MPH) so when you playback, it looks like the car is wobbling about. Image clarity is not high-end so don't expect to read number plates at 50 feet on playback but it does record images which are OK enough for insurance purposes. Car dash cam on a budget is better than no dash cam I guess and this one has an additional camera which plugs into the top of the unit which could be handy.

Good value
Front camera is great quality functionality and looks. Rear camera picture quality not so good slight blurring around the edges. This is the second one I have fitted with the other one a 5 star ⭐️ all round. So suspect just a issue on the second rear camera. Still viewable but not as crisp images.

Worth the money
well, first, this price is affordable and cheap for a dash cam, so you can't simply compare this product with other super expensive one. second, i'm not using this to record any v-blog or as a go pro. it is what it is, a dash cam, to record the driving record in case there's something happened in the terrible traffic condition in the bay area. last, it works. it does it job well. sound is clear, the wide angle pretty much catches everything ahead of my car. one thing need to mention is you may need to buy a good sd card for better storage. one drawback i can think of right now is during the nighttime, even though it still works, but day time is better and clearer overall.

Working well edit for a while....
Easy to set up - switch it on and it works! Just as well as the instructions are a bit rubbish. For instance if you connect the rear camera it shows up in a small box on the screen but if you connect it up to reversing lights via the red cable does it take over the whole screen when the car is in reverse? Because if it doesn't that would be a waste of time having a 1" picture! Not mentioned in the instructions.Would probably be 5 star with better instructionsEdit Now changed to 1 star as it failed after less than a week. Kept switching itself on and off over and over again. I think it was affecting the car as well as I noticed that the radio switched off along with the satnav and as soon as it was removed this stopped straight away. So not much use. Shame as it appeared to work well to start with although having looked at its replacements video I think its picture quality wasn't great.

Good product.
Good product, but the power connector to the lighter is not durable. Had to buy another wire and a connector for my car lighter.

A great inexpensive dash cam, recommend!
Really like it so far. I have only had it a few days. Installation was very easy and the kit came with everything that was required. The cables were more than long enough to install front and rear cameras whilst all tucked away under the interior trim. The Video quality seems adequate for the price of the cam. I bought a micro SD card to go with it, and it records perfectly. This seems to be a great pick if your looking for an inexpensive dash cam.
