Total scam: 1. You have to sign up for an account and pay a monthly fee. 2. Instructions are essentially worthless; three hours for the "easy set-up" and it still doesn't work. 3. Verizon wireless sent me a me a message indicating web site is a potential scam site. 4. Chrome won't install this at all; indicates scam site.Obviously, this is going back today. Complete waste of time.

However, after setting it up with my wife's phone, every time I shut the camera off, it continues to track-you and watch you, even while the app shows it's off! Really disturbing, no way I wanna own an uncontrollable camera cpnnected to the internet.

I didn’t have a chance to unbox the unit until a month and a half after receiving it. Big mistake! I can’t return or exchange it now. The unit gets so hot you can hardly touch it. So I unplugged it. I would caution anyone to just check this unit before leaving it unattended. Also unbox it and check it immediately.I was sent a replacement unit and again this one does not work. I thought it was very nice and good customer service when they sent the new one. But again there are problems. I can’t log on to the app because it won’t let me re set my password.I had another camera prior to losing it and everything I owned in a wildfire. Maybe this unit will work for others but it just is not for me. Again the company really tried.

App does not download in any format and makes these cameras useless.Amazon has been horrible about returning these cameras, impossible to speak with a real person and get this handled. Save yourself the frustration, do NOT purchase these.

After about a week both cameras I bought would randomly go offline, and I have to power them off then back on.They will not save video to the sd cards I put in them although both cards are the correct type and size as well as work in other devicesAnd I keep getting pop ups in the app wanting me to buy online drive space to store video which I do not want and do not need

This product was tricky to set-up but not too bad. I was mostly happy until it stopped working one day, for no reason.Overall, if it hadn't just broken, I would have been happy, but I don't believe an electronic device should have a life-span of 4 months.

Its ok with me. Could be better, but for the price i cant complain

Easy to set up and to learn to use. We’ve only had it a couple days and we love it. Picture quality is very clear.
