Ronseal10 Year Woodstain Deep Mahogany 2.5L

Been using this make for many years and it’s proven to be very good.Recommend it highly

I buy this product ever few years to touch up various worn areas on my sheds and fencing. It is an excellent product but maybe not up to the 10 years as claimed. This year I purchased another 2.5 Ltr tin but it arrived with a large dent on the bottom side of the tin. Had it been damaged at the top, I would have returned it. The annoying thing is, it arrived in an Amazon box which was not damaged in any way. This means the Amazon employee who packed the order couldn't possibly have not seen the massive dent yet packed it anyway. First time in many years I have received a damaged item from Amazon so hope it is just a one off this time.

The tin was damaged on arrival I would have returned it but I need it to complete the job . You have to give the paint work a good sand down before using it and then it needs 3 coats of paint before it looks good . This is time consuming but it leaves a good finish in the end.

The product was excellent I painted a small barn and the coverage was very good

The lid was not secure and sone of the contents has leaked out. See photos. As a result it is not in a fit state to return as more will likely leak out damaging the courier’s transport equipment. Please advise.

Great product but ... the good news - the lid was clipped and taped and the packaging was,just, sufficient to contain the leakage. The bad news, the packaging was not adequate for careless handling. The rim of the tin had buckled and about a quarter of the contents spilled out. Very pleased that I chose to open it on a surface that could be cleaned
