Saco Cultured Buttermilk Blend (Pack of 3)

I've been using Saco Pantry Cultured Buttermilk Blend for years. I was having a hard time finding it my grocery store so decided to try and find it on Amazon. Success! I always add it into the flour combination and add water in the amount that the recipe requires. So easy to use and you would never know that it is a powder. It doesn't taste any different than the liquid buttermilk when used in baking.

I originally tried this product years ago but the stores in my area don't carry it. I was happy to find it available onAmazon. Be sure to store in the fridge once opened or it gets really hard. The recipe for pancakes on the carton is great.

This is great to have on hand if wanting buttermilk pancakes or waffles and not having to buy a quart or so of it. I store it in the fridge hoping it will make it last longer and it seems to have.

We love the pancake recipe these make from the instructions on the label. I have had few buttermilk pancakes that were better and only in restaurants. The bread is way better than store bought and we’ve tried several different products this one is by far the best.

I can't use enough buttermilk, to keep fresh. This is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! I tried it in several recipes, It is just perfect. The recipes came out PERFECT with this product! I will keep re-ordering. Can't say enough, how much I love this product!

Products arrived damaged. Came in pack of three. Containers bent and squished. Foil covering ripped, product exposed Won't buy again. I am not able to return. I am requesting my money back.

where has this stuff been for my baking life? It's really great and so easy to use. It really taste better than using milk with lemon juice or vinegar in it as a sub... love it
