I bought a new hood for my Tacoma. The black primer rusted through before I had a chance to paint it. I lightly sanded and sprayed this stuff on it. The rust disappeared before my very eyes! Like it dissolved it. I neutralized it with water and immediately primed and painted that same day with Kubota tractor paint.
