Baseus USB C Hub Adapter

Its unfortunate that this unit did not work for me. The simplicity of having everything in this single small and light weight hub should have been great. I tried (2) of these and unfortunately both did not work. The support team was excellent and wanted to help in any way possible, but unfortunately it didn't work out. As for my specific issues. The unit has some issue with the ethernet conversion. I hear that is common with USB3 ethernet docks in general. I also had an issue with scheduled shutdown that caused Kernal Panic (crashes) when my MBP turned off at night. I can deal with occasional crashes, but to have that type of hard crash every night wreaks havoc on a hard drive over time. Wish I could like it more but...

I got this for my Macbook Air 2018 and I’m loving this adapter so far. It has the right combo of expansion ports to get everything that I need done. The network port on the back is great cause that’s where that wire will come from. The card readers on the front makes good sense (you put the SD card in upside down) and the USB ports both transfer data quickly. I haven’t tried the hdmi.It sits a little higher than the deck on the MacBook Air, but it is not an issue. The bottom is flush with the desk.My only concern is that a MacBook Air only has two Thunderbolt ports that this plugs into. If I have a monitor plugged into the one Thunderbolt port on the adapter, would that mean I can’t have my power cable plugged in? Maybe that would work better for a MacBook Pro.All in all, you can’t beat what you get for the price.

Unfortunately, many modern laptops do not have the number of input and output ports that I would like to have. But, to our joy, there is a way out - this is a hub that I recently purchased, and now I advise everyone. Technology in the blink of an eye turns two ports of my laptop into a full seven. I can simultaneously connect two monitors and they will receive a video signal in the extension 4k, 5k. The data transfer speed is high. The adapter is compact, easy to use and very useful when working with multiple sources. Stylish, does not take up much space, and the assistant is excellent. I advise.

Muy malo el producto, me estropeo un suero de la computadora. Lo tenia conectado y todo funcionaba perfectamente. Le puse una tarjeta Micro SD, esta se calentó al punto de llegar a quemar la mano, y luego no funciona mas la tarjeta. En esa oportunidad, pensé que la tarjeta estaría mala. Pero a los dos 5 de tenerlo conectado y cargando la computadora por dicho adaptador, dejo de funcionar una de los puertos de la computadora USD, lo que me dio mucha frustración porque la computadora estaba nueva. NO lo recomiendo para nada. NO lo compre!!

This adapter has all functions I need during the work. Easy to connect. As compared with my last adapter, this one has less overheat. That's the most important property I care about. Fortunately, this adapter works better than I think.The thickness is similar to the mac thickness, won't have problems with connecting. The two USB 3.0 and the HDMI slots meet all the daily uses for my work.

I carry only one dongle with me - this one! Now I don't need separate Ethernet, HDMI, USB adapters, etc.The product is very well-built and the support is fantastic, if you need it. I needed a replacement and it was a quick, painless, no-questions-asked process.
