Love This Mouse
I'm a computer technician by trade, and I may be in front of a computer for 8 hours some days. I have always voiced my opinion that ergonomic mice were hard to work with. This is the first ergonomic mouse that I have used that I genuinely like! It's quiet, accurate, and the position my wrist is in when I use it helps the ache that's there at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this mouse to left-handed users who use a computer for long periods of time.

Really Nice Mouse Even for a Right Handed Person
Although I am right handed, I developed a severe case of tendonitis in my right arm and one of the things I did to help relieve the stress of using a mouse was to opt for a left handed version. Very easy to use if you ever find yourself in a similar situation. Just put the battery in, plug the USB receiver in, turn the mouse on and you're good to go. Also, it does not interfere with the wireless Logitech mouse or keyboard.

Shockingly well-made for the price
No real complaints. The button click is very quiet and satisfying. It has a nice heft - not to heavy, not too light. A bit small for my big hands, but still comfortable. Middle wheel has the perfect click and scroll resistance and feedback. (This is something I find mouse makers struggle with, even Logitech.) I'm still on the same battery, a few months later, and I never turn it off. (And it doesn't lag when "waking up", if it even does that. To my perception it's just always on, as you'd expect with, say, any good logitech mouse.)Only very minor gripe is that buttons 4 and 5 are inconveniently placed, if you want to be moving the mouse at the same time. But for what they're usually used for, forward and back, that's probably OK. As a left-handed user who usually uses right-handed mice, obviously I'm quite used to not even "having" butons 4 and 5 at all.Which leads to one more minor gripe, or really more of a missed opportunity for a very useful feature. (At the cost of a few cents if designed with it from the start): A swtich - even if a tiny toggle switch in the battery compartment - to swap the main mouse buttons. Or worst case, a small application that can update the ROM. Any mouse aimed at left-handers, needs to understand that most of us are used to right-handed mice, unaltered. I've never even gone into the OS to swap the button there. So, a toggle to swap the buttons in hardware would is kind of essential. Getting used to "proper" buttons is tough."But doublemeat", I hear you asking already, "why not just swap the buttons in the OS". Well, I'll tell you why: because many DirectX applications, including games, use raw mouse input - which skips the OS driver settings, thus ignoring the button swap at the OS level.

Very comfortable and quiet - no clicking sounds!
Very nice to the touch, smooth and definitely designed for a left-handed user. The action is also smooth when maneuvering, there's no lag, skips or annoying trying to zero in on a target. My only slight complaint is that it could be about 1/2" wider on both sides because I have large hands... but that's being knit-picky! I highly recommend this to any left-handed person who (like myself) had to suffer with those so-called brands that touted that their mouse "ambidextrous" but was actually like trying to use a baseball instead of a computer mouse. Try it!

Love the ergonomic design
I finally decided to get a left handed mouse and I’m glad I chose Jelly Comb again. It is quiet and smooth and I like that it doesn’t make the clicking sounds my Logitech mouse makes. I especially love its ergonomic design for hours of use at work. I was worried that it might be too big but it fits my hand nicely. I should have got this sooner!

Great ergonomic mouse except for the scroll wheel
This product would have been perfect, except for the scroll wheel. Mouse is comfortable and easy to use. The click is, as other's have said, quiet and smooth, unlike the scroll wheel. The ergonomic positioning of mouse is good as well.I am used to using a Logitech M325 which has a very, very smooth (like silk) moving scroll wheel. That is why I dropped one star for the overall rating. The scroll wheel on this mouse is rough to say the least and very slow. You have to use more finger pressure. It is rachetey when I try to speed up my scrolling. I gave up and started using the cursor and scroll bar on the webpage instead to scroll up and down. I don't need finger problems as well as wrist.I don't know about battery life as I won't be using it long enough to find out.Someone needs to fix this problem and make the scroll wheel work smoother. I will be replacing it with a roller ball mouse. Which I should have done in the first place as it worked very well when I used it at work. This purchase was just an experiment, as I have never used one of these before.

Great value for left handed users.
This is a great choice for left handed users in need of a vertical mouse. The price was right, it installed easily and worked as well as my wired version. It de-clutters the working area significantly and the battery-1 AA Eneloop-has not needed recharging after about 70 hours of use. If it holds up over the long run it would be a really great deal. In my experience vertical mice are much more comfortable to use. Interestingly, once I started using vertical mice it was awkward to use the old mice when I've had to.

My left handed 13 yr. old son really likes this.
Update: We have only had this mouse for a few months and it's already not working. We're really disappointed because it was so great while it did work. 😞My left handed 13 yr. old son really likes this. I gave him this mouse as a Christmas gift with a new gaming laptop and it was the first time he has ever used a left handed mouse. He liked it so much he wanted to take it with him when he went to his father's house to use with his computer there.I am right handed and tried using it and it felt comfortable for me to use too; which I thought was kinda cool.

Sometimes get "stuck"
The mouse works well - very comfortable to use. I've switched from right to left hand because of repetitive stress injuries. This model mouse is the best left handed mouse i could find at a decent price. Just a couple caveats to mention:1) the scroll wheel doesn't have tilt (this was a downer for me as my right-handed MS mouse allows me to scroll left and right, up and down with the wheel)2) the mouse pointer sometimes gets "stuck" - like it loses sensitivity sometimes3) it doesn't track well on a bare white surface (not a problem for "higher end" mice like logitech or MS)4) wish it were bluetooth :(Other than that - it's a good mouse for lefties!

Thank you mouse
I love this mouse to the point that I'd like to say thank you to the mouse/designer. People may not understand the pain of left handed mouse users. With a normal mouse, I need to swap the primary/secondary buttons in the Windows settings. EVERY TIME when I need to share screen and offer control to my colleagues, they panic...and I panic...just disaster every time. I either need to switch back to the "normal" setting for them, or keep saying sorry to them looking at them struggle... Now with this dedicated left-handed mouse, it basically wires the primary/secondary buttons oppositely, by hardware by design. No need to fiddle with the Windows mouse settings, and colleagues are happy. heaven shines light down. angels sing to my ear. I just have a big smile on my face. Really thank you!Beside the fact this is a dedicated left-handed mouse, this mouse is SUPERB in quality. Soooooooooo comfortable in hand and very well built. The button clicks are heavenly feeling. It's VERY quiet clicking, and very soft clicking. YET very crisp clicking feedback. I don't know how to describe it. It's like you are clicking on a silicon, and the silicon reflex back with a very satisfyingly popping sound. You will have to have it in hand to know what I'm talking about. I believe it will be instant love to anyone, including my wife. Right away she said this mouse feels so good and she wanted one...but she's not left handed :P It's totally noticeable difference comparing to the "stock" mouse from work. LITTERALLY my knuckle hurts clicking on those garbage. The mat finish of the mouse is also very welcome. It gives this false feeling of softness of the mouse, even though it's a very well built solid device. And then the middle roller/button is wrapped with grooved rubber. Again very soft/comfortable touch, yet with very crisp feedback. I give 10/10 to the build/detail of this mouse! Then we need to talk about this ergonomic slanted design. This is my first mouse with this design. I'd say at first it does take a bit of time to get use to. Somehow at the beginning, my clicks tend to push the mouse to move along... then it just became natural... in fact, soooooo natural that you don't feel/think about it's slanted at all! Your hand really just very naturally rest on the mouse. Very relaxed. Now when I go back to use the flat ones, I do notice that I would use a bit of muscle to force the forearm/wrist to become flat. You really get to know what's the natural pose. Again thank you mouse. One feature I'd hope to add is the weight. I'm coming from gaming mouse regular usage. I got used to my weighted one, and finding this one is a bit light to my liking. I don't want to make wrong impression to anyone that this is a cheap/light mouse. This is built with great material and rightfully weighted device. For people know/use gaming mouse, you would know what I'm talking about. There are literally metal weights inside the gaming mouse to damp the movement of the mouse. I wish that's in this mouse too. However, at the price of this mouse, I have not a single complain. I recommend this mouse to any lefties.

Good mouse
Comfortable with soft clicks. Reasonably good vertical angle at about 45 degrees. Takes only 1 AA battery and has an on/off switch. USB receiver is tucked inside the battery case. I'm right handed but use a left mouse in addition to right to lessen RSI repetitive strain injury. Exact same mouse as Perixx Perimice-719L. Wireless is good and works good on the cramped left side of my desk.

Finally a mouse just for me after been using a flat right handed mouse for 25 years!
I’m left handed and it’s the first time that I use a left handed mouse. It as a nice mat look. A little higher than expected, but it works fine.Since at home when we had our first computer, we have always had standard mouses, with the right click button at the right, and the left click button at the left. Because a right handed and a left handed in the same house, so the left handed had to adjust... I was always using my left hand with the mouse a little crooked, and using only my index finger to click either left or right button. But now that I have my one computer, I’ve decided to use a left handed mouse. I was very surprise to see that the « standard, left button of a right handed mouse » has been put on the right size of the mouse, without having to change any settings on the computer!! It’s a big adaptation for me after 25 years of using a right handed mouse, but after nearly 2 weeks of use, I can say that I will definitely keep using it! Old habits are hard to loose, but I’ve notice that I don’t mixed the right and left buttons as much as I was in the beginning.

Really comfortable
I am very pleased with this mouse. Its my first ergonomic mouse so wasn't sure what to expect. Doesn't quite have all the features of a Logitech mainstream mouse, it is exceptionally comfortable and easy to adapt to. My elbow feels better already. I don't use the sleep mode and its too early to give an honest opinion about battery life. But already I can say, I would order it again.(3 weeks later) - been great - my elbow and forearm pain is pretty much gone.
