Can a one single remote controller be used to turn all the 6 lights on or off simultaneously.

The lights work by pointing the remote at them, it depends how spaced out they are. Normally you can turn 2 or 3 on at once, but not sure you could do all six at once

What are the + and - buttons used for located before the On / Off buttons?

They bring the light up and down, so you either dim or brighten them.

Can these be put in a shed?

I think they can go anywhere really. I have mine stuck to the underside of MDF shelves. Not sure how well the sticky circle would adhere to a rough wood surface but if you can stick it to something appropriate, there's no reason they can't go in a shed.

Is it possible to have the warm white lights without the coloured casing?

Yes I have a set of white lights and a set of black and gold lights. Go to the lights section and scroll til u find the white ones.
