Nice, sturdy bin store

Good quality, a lot of wood involved (which isn't cheap), Good quality fixings. Construction was straightforward thanks to downloading the assembly instructions. Unfortunately, when assembled, my wheelie bins were too tall to fit. Now, as I assume that wheelie bins are more or less a standard size, I would implore the sellers to adjust their blueprints accordingly. (I got around the problem by raising the height of the assembly by attaching weathered wood blocks to the base arms of the assembly)

Delivered on time as advised by Arbour. Came without packaging which was great and stacked carefully by the delivery driver. Its a two person job to put this together and I definitely recommend doing it on a flat surface. I used eight 600x600 old paving slabs which gave it the perfect fit. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow, I didn't need to watch the you tube. The instructions did talk about 60mmscrews but only 65mm were supplied , but they were fine. It took about an hour for two people to put it together and you really will want to use a cordless drill , but it's very straightforward and nearly all the holes were pre drilled. Having constructed it I painted it with ronseal green wood preserver on the outside to help it blend in and also give a bit more protection. Having looked around various suppliers for a triple bin store , this was the right one at the right price.

I bought this back last year and after about 2 months the bin store seemed to be warping, splitting and was of generally very poor quality. Arbor were about the most unhelpful company I've ever had to deal with. I asked to return or exchange but as it was outside of the 30 days returns period neither Arbor or Amazon would help. I tried very hard to explain that until the store had been up for a while I wouldn't know if the bin store was any good and weather resistant. Even the AtoZ were not helpful. Arbor offered to send me new tops, which they did, but having paid someone to assemble it for me, then pay again to fit new tops, unfortunately the tops did not fit either. They asked me to send photos and take measurements but to be honest I didn't know which bits to measure. My builder who put it together was appalled at how bad the unit was. Arbor have since ignored my emails and I have therefore wasted £380 on this. I don't have much money and therefore this is so disappointing. I'm sure that I read somewhere on the info when I bought it that it had a 15 year warranty. However, I am unable to find that now. I have now destroyed the store and it was taken away, again all at more cost. This is the first bad review I have ever given. Please do pay attention to it. Arbor were so difficult I was shocked.

Good solid design and not too taxing to put together. It's quite large so make sure you have enough space for it.

I cannot praise this product too highly. It is built of well seasoned, treated wood. It will certainly out last me and probably my house! The supplier sent me pdf instructions within five minutes of my emailing them. The triple bin was easy and fun to put together. I repositioned the doors from left hand hinge to right hand which suited the position better, it was very easy to do but I suspect if I'd thought about it in advance and contacted the supplier they would have done it for me. I previously purchased a garden table from this supplier and it was equally robust and well designed. Very, very highly recommended.

This went together easily enough, all though I had to adjust and alter a few bits to make everything fit. The chains and lid props are way too long and I've had to adjust those as well. The whole things is stapled together - literally large staples holding the featheredge on and the frames together. Some of the leading edges of the lids are falling off already as the staples don't reach through the wood far enough and I've had to screw them all back together again. It's an item that's going to need some regular attention to keep it in good condition and overall is poorly made. It does look neat in the front garden and certainly better than three loose wheelie bins. It also stops them overheating and stinking as they're now out of the direct sun.

Item is sturdy, well put together and relatively easy to assemble. I managed it by myself, but did need some help with tipping it onto its back and up again. If you have reasonable DIY skills, you will have no problem following the instructions. Do do need an electric screwdriver!
