I tested this out on a former library book that I own. Someone had went a little overboard with the library stamp and used it on 15 random pages! That drove me crazy. It did a great job of removing all the ink but it IS abrasive on the paper (although it looks worse in the picture than in person). I am satisfied with this eraser 🙂

I decided to pick up a new hobby with pen drawings, so I grabbed these erasers. They worked pretty well—depending on the paper. As a brand-new artist, I of course tested them on every type of paper known to man. Pro tip: don’t use them on anything with watercolor or thick, cheap paper unless you want to watch your artwork disintegrate before your eyes. Otherwise, they do the job!

I wasn't fast enough, and a student I was testing used a pen to circle items in my cognitive assessment stimulus book!!! In lieu of replacing the kit at not-insignificant cost, I purchased this and.... I was quite impressed with its effectiveness. I wouldnt call it a perfect erase- but near enough that I'm able to continue use of the book without others being able to discern where the pen marks were! I call it a win!

I'm happy with this purchase this is definitely a welcome addition to my set or supplies and it works extremely well my only complaint would be how it flakes away when using it & that it erases predrawn lines in my coloring books however I guess a bonus would be that I've gotten much better at drawing that line back in as long as I sharpen it and get the tip fine enough

I use these gritty erasers to remove dried watercolor paint, ink, etc where I don't want it. Just be careful not to rub too hard.

I like that this erases well & is not floppy but the paper can be damaged if you use the sharp edge.

These Tombow erasers are great. Not only do they erase coloured pencil, but they can also erase ink (I used both gel and ballpoint pens, as well as fineliners and calligraphy pens), highlighters, and even markers. Again this may depend on the type you have. I cannot guarantee it would work on everything. But I have experienced no problems when erasing, there is barely any evidence of the medium left. The paper surface may feel a bit thinner, and you will obviously end up with a lot of eraser shavings, but aside from that, it is very useful for cleaning small mistakes and for art purposes. The shipping was incredibly fast, I received it the next day!

If you know how to use this it really works. Just be gentle while rubbing.
