Bottle of fire and vinegar, the worst sweet and sour sauce ever made
This is NOT a sweet and sour sauce, this is cayenne pepper (a lot of it) in vinegar. The vinegar fumes and cayenne burn the eyeballs and nostrils before making it to the mouth. The instant burning this abomination causes to any part of the mouth it touches is instant, it's not a gradual heat that gradually creeps up on you as you munch through it. Might decant what's left into a spray bottle to keep in my handbag like a pepper spray.

Way too spicy :-(
I love Biona....however this is the only product I have not liked. I love spicy food, but this is beyond spicy. We even tried putting a bottle of passata in but it's still too spicy.No hint of sweet and sour though :-(

Would suit some but not those looking for a genuine sweet and sour flavour.
Used this for veg stir fry.Not very sweet,and too much vinegar in the blend.Disappointing.
