EKR Car Seat Covers for Subaru Outback 2015-2019,Leatherette Full Set

I purchased these for a new 2025 Subaru Outback. I purchased black and they matched my dark grey interior perfectly, the car seats are a very dark grey or light black. The Youtube installation video is outdated and the included installation instructions were minimal at best, but did contain a few helpful tips (read it and watch the outdated video though everything is not the same as the new Outback interior it will help you figure it out). These car seats were difficult to install and require strength and dexterity to get the installation done. It helped to have two people when installing the back seat bottom. Once installed they fit well and look like they are the original seats. The leather is thick and waterproof, they stay in place well once every edge it tucked in and secured properly. Zippers are strong and look good. They have built in pockets behind the front seats. The back seats allow for the 60/40 split in all Outbacks and a zippered access panel allows for use of the rear seat center armrest/cup holders. The heated seat function works well through the seat covers. An unexpected bonus was an included cover for the front seat center console that looks great, allows easy access to both compartments while protecting it from my 100 lb Malamutes feet/claws without damage or scratches. The installation took hours and was frustrating. the tuck in tool provided was a great help and also a long handled wooden spoon helped. Locating a number to call for help was impossible. Updating the installation video and installation manual would help to figure out the nuisances and provide tips to reduce the guesswork. Now that they are installed I am greatly satisfied with the quality, appearance, and feel. Don't give up these are worth the installation effort, do get someone to help you with the installation. I could have done it alone but it really helped to have an extra pair of hands.

I would probably give this 4.5 stars instead of 5. I originally got the beige covers and had to return them. The color didn’t work that well for my interior, but also the covers, while well made, did not look like a custom fit for my 2022 Outback and had some deep creases that really didn’t help. However, I liked them enough to try out the grey/black ones and I’m really happy I did. With much fewer creases and better matching color, the slight imperfections in the fit are actually almost unnoticeable. The one very visible crease I had on one of the headrests is almost gone at this point. The car interior looks so much better than with the original cloth seats. I’ve had them on for a couple of months now and so far they work great, and cleaning up minor toddler spills is so easy. It is very very hard work getting them onto the seats though and some of the Velcro connections are definitely not designed for this model.

Overall I am very happy with the product. They fit well overall, had pieces to cover almost everything (even the center divider armrest), and installation wasn't terrible (the plastic tool that came with the seats helped a great deal). I also received the covers much earlier than estimated, which was a pleasant surprise! Just a couple of things that were not disclosed in the description that I think buyers should be aware of (or else I would have given 5 stars): 1. The headrest covers did not fit nearly as well as on the video, which showed overlapping velcro that fit snugly around the headrests. Mine came with elastic that show, even when the headrests are completely pushed against the seat. It looks a little cheesy, but I can live with it. I just think future buyers should be aware. 2. The instructions and video aren't super-useful for installation, which is understandable since every vehicle make and model most likely differ in many ways. However, it would have been useful to have even a model-specific installation tip sheet that explains what the different pieces were for and which side some of them were supposed to go on. I feel my installation was successful with some luck. I could see how some people may be overwhelmed or not happen to be as lucky as I was when I just tried some things and they happened to have worked out. 3. The color of the seat covers is more tan/yellow than the pictures show. The sales pictures may represent that they are the same color as the factory tan interior. It isn't. It doesn't look awful; it just wasn't what I was expecting.

Instructions weren't great; Youtube was better. Watched it SEVERAL times! Not an easy install, very tight, however it pays off. Good to PUSH, not PULL when installing and the orange pusher thingie was really handy to tuck things in, just don't lose it like I did later on when I needed it for the bolsters! I have a Subaru Outback and they sent backseat BOLSTER covers too, for which there were NO instructions. They were the only thing that didn't fit as tightly. However, to cover my IVORY colored fabric seats, these were just the ticket! Easy to clean and kid and dog-proof!

These seat covers received fairly high ratings, so I gave them a try for our older car (2011 Subaru Outback) with cloth seats that were dirty and stained. The seat covers arrived in just a couple days and were easy to install and they fit and look great. Other reviews talked about how hard it was to install them because of a tight fit, but that they were worth the effort. The front seat covers were easy to install, and it was only the rear seat back cover that I had to struggle with a little. There was an issue with the rear seat bottom cover, so I emailed their support and received a prompt reply. I supplied with photos and a description, and they confirmed that there was an issue and had said that they are going to send me the correct covers. I haven't received the updated rear covers yet, but so far the customer service has been really prompt and friendly. I'm giving these covers a 5-star review because of how well the front covers fit and how good they look, and for the level of customer service, even though there was an issue with some of the rear seat covers.

Ordered for a 2022 Outback. The seat covers fit pretty well. Took 2-3 hours to install. I'd say a bit high priced for the quality and installation. 1) The directions are almost useless. 2) It was not a custom fit for the car. An issue was the velcro did not secure optimally on the front seats (it wasn't bad tho). Biggest issue is the velcro for the back seats did not secure at all (due to conflicting with the Subaru OEM seat backbottom flaps). 3) Another issue is the tension holders (for the elastic under the seat) were cheaply sewn on, some were backwards some were upside down. They did still work ok, but it was more difficult to install due to the poor sew job.

Installed in 2015 Subaru Outback Limited Great option especially for the price. Feel high quality and durable. Other options were three times the price. Minor complaints - the center armrest cover doesn’t really fit. We’re gong to find an alternate option. There’s a little bunching up of material in certain places. And I can occasionally feel the cover slipping back and forth on the seat below it. Very impressive quality and fit for the price. Would recommend and would buy again

Hi there, These car seat covers are really great and classy looking. They are so easy to clean. I bought them because I didn't want to get the fabric upholstery ruined and wanted a leather look to keep them protected and look great at the same time. It's been great because my cats have already trapesed through the car, and it was so easy to clean up after their muddy paws left evidence. I have kids that are in their tweens and teens, and they are more careful, now, but this saves the upholstery from having any accidents. I am so pleased with these covers!!! Also, just FYI, be patient in putting these covers on. It's really laboursome for your hands in pushing and tugging and pulling. I had to break it up into two sessions to do the fronts seats first and then the back seats second. The hard work was worth it, though. This next tid-bit info will help people for installation for a 2017, the back-bottom seat is easy to just lift up. Feel for a metal object under the front of the right seat and front of the left seat, put your hands on each side of that metal and just tug HARD, upward. It comes off easy as long as you know that. You really need to get the seat off for it to look right and to make the seat cover be tied on properly. If you do this, you will get stunning results!!!!

Incorrect items in package... missing 2nd large rear headrest cover - see image (extra mini headrest cover was in package instead) ... having waited weeks for international delivery.. very poor. Other supplied covers fitted "okay" but not snug fit as expected.
