Worked.
Did the job, no leaks. Adhesive was weak, fell off the toilet several times, had to use a little extra caulking to hold it in place as I installed the toilet. Seems like it is overpriced for what you get, but there is not much in the way of other brands or suppliers to get a neoprene seal for a wall-hing toilet...

Works... too well?
If you prep both sides where this gasket will touch, it will stick like instant super glue. I had to remove the toilet to readjust the bolts and when I removed the toilet, the new gasket tore instead of peeling away. Plan ahead, or buy an extra one just in case!

All the online self-help guides advise using the Zurn for wall mount and rear outlet toilets. I bought two for two Icera rear outlet toilets, but they both leaked after installation. I tried Sani-Seal gaskets and they worked perfectly. 4 months later and no leaks with Sani-Seal. Apparently with the Zurn, there is no room for error, but Sani-Seal is much more forgiving if the dimensions and alignment are off by a few millimeters.

Best gasket for any rear discharge toilet
My rear discharge toilet had a leak so I pulled the unit and replaced it with a Zurn gasket which by the way has very good adhesive on both sides of the gasket. I don't think it'll ever leak again. Zurn gasket was really high density.

Costly
Works perfect but far to expensive for what it is.

The Right Stuff
Used this on a wall mount toilet installation. Worked great. Still have the "doughnut hole" and wondering what to do with it.
