Very quiet ice maker that makes the most delicious ice. Works great and makes ice quickly. Extremely happy with our purchase.

Customer service is prompt and pleasant, but the ice machine doesn't meet my needs. It is very slow, and even though I tried it several times, only produced a handful of ice. I did all the troubleshooting, but I guess that it is just going to make a glassful at a time. I was hoping for more than that, like ice for a crowd.
