Works with a head lamp, not as well with a normal flashlight
worked well in a small 2 man tent - tried it with a normal flash light which didn't work as well. The key is the headlamp sitting flat and pointing upwards inside the sack. Loved it.

Clever idea needs some tweaking
Great idea! Works pretty well as lantern. 2 things I did not like. Its hard to position the headband with the type of clasps inside the bag when used as Lantern. Outer white covering is prone to getting dirty so needs rprotetive cover itself.

I love the concept of a foldaway light
I just added a very small rechargeable LED. It's perfect! I put it in a ziplock baggy to keep it clean.

Perfect softbox for Zoom lighting
I throw this over the light I mount on my laptop for Zoom meetings, and it diffuses the light perfectly without blocking the camera. I love this thing!

Light, small & works well if you can get the light in the right place
A little hard to adjust my biolight inside this so that you get a good glow. If the headlamp is further away from the white material it works better.Have not tried as a stuff sack, so dont know how durable it is if you wanted to use it as multi use unit

Not worth the money
Awful, internal straps broke within two minutes of use. Wish I'd bought the Petzl Noctilight.
