Poor Customer Service from Corel
I have used Corel VideoStudio for years own 3 different versions over the last 5 years. I'm happy with the product the downside is if you need help forget customer service.I called because with the new version the ability to record my screen stopped working. I was told I would get a call back from someone who can help me and never heard from them. Very disappointed in the after sale customer service. When you pay them hundreds of dollars for their software never ask for help to get blown off the one time you call in left a bad impression and makes me less willing to spend money on their software in the future.

constant problems, saved files only to have it ask me to reconnect what I was working on for months won't let me select multi file , having to select one file at a time

Do NOT BUY - Crashes when using the overlay video feature + BAD customer service !
This is a classic issue of marketing many features with major software issues !It runs very heavy on the hardware comp to other editing softwares - meaning it will run much slower !It CRASHES when using the overlay (2 video layout) at a time - Which is a MUST feature for editing !Customer service is very poor - they will just give you "textbook" instructions without resolving issues.Overall - Be careful - you are much better off with many other alternatives editing software's.

Buyers Beware
I have purchased two different versions, but here is the catch, they clear your files and force you to buy an upgrade and you are cut off from what you had purchased before therefor you have no choice but to buy it
