Great pickled garlic with no added sugar
I've been eating Cherith Valley Gardens' pickled garlic for several years. The garlic is terrific as are the red and green jalapeno peppers included in each jar (but remember that jalapeno hotness is a bit unpredictable, so nibble first). Unlike most commercially pickled garlic, CVG garlic has no added sugar, which I consider a big plus.Occasionally CVG cannot obtain high quality raw garlic, and when that happens they temporarily withdraw garlic from their extensive lineup of pickled veggies. Once, however, I received a 64 oz. jar that was clearly not up to their usual standards. I notified them, and they immediately sent an explanation, apology and free replacement. CVG is an honorable company.
