the warranty for factory defects is 2 years, then there is assistance (spare parts for a fee). It is obvious that if you have to damage your suitcase at the airport you must make a complaint before leaving the airport (the airports are all insured). There are 2 types of complaint: repairable suitcase or unrepairable suitcase, if the suitcase is not repairable the airport must reimburse the entire cost of the suitcase. The manufacturers of suitcases and shopkeepers who sell it are not responsible for break-ups at the airport. however, this suitcase is 100% polycarbonate, I do not think it will break.
