Deluxe Kayak Anchor Trolley Kit with Harken Pulleys from Yak Gear

Kit does not contain rivets and also does not contain the four short bolts and four nylon lock nuts as shown in the picture. They've replaced all of those fasteners with cheap self-tapping screws for everything except the pulleys (there are still four long screws and well nuts for the pulleys).Disappointing for sure. I don't want to go spend extra money on hardware that should have been what is shown in the picture, so this is going to be returned.

Love the way this item works on my yak... You can move the anchor ( not included ) anywhere from the front to the back of your kayak.

Sends anchor to back of kayak so you can fish clear of the anchor rope. Keeps kayak pointed down wind or tide to reduce wave problems due to a broadside anchor position.

This works great and very easy to install. Make sure you have clear silicone available before you start

Disappointed with rear and front positioning as neither really allow a yak to sit facing down stream or upstream without moving around all over. I've learned to drop a secondary anchor to stop the swing. Outside of that, its a really nice system, particularly in lakes and when using drift socks. I would recommend them to other kayak fisherman.

I was hesitant to drill holes in my kayak - but after I got over it, I was glad I installed this trolley. It is great for positioning yourself in current or wind. The components are a bit cheap - that's why only 4 stars. I worry about it's longevity.

This anchor trolley kit is high quality, was easy to install, and provides everything you need to have an easy-to-use anchor trolley system. This makes fishing from a kayak very easy regardless of the wind and current directions. Highly recommended.

This product works good. I couldn't give it a 5 star rating because it was advertised to have pop rivets and there was none in the package. Over all I really like the trolley kit.
