Very easy set up. Love this tablet. It’s like a mini laptop. The only drawback is speaker volume. Could be louder for music but overall amazing and I love the keyboard. Typing was my job for a living for 8 yrs and I really like the keyboard.

Not a computer - It's a social media specialist
What I want is a small laptop, and this has the ability to operate as a computer or a tablet (tablet with keyboard). That is not worth anything to me.The startup instructions have everything . . . except a logical presentation. They tell you to be sure and charge up BOTH batteries. OK, since there are two "DCin" ports where should I start. Is it where they tell me to charge them? NO. it's at the bottom under a "Note" indication (plug in the keyboard and it will charge both). - - - Try to hook up the WiFi and it tells you it is not available (got connected the third try, YES I had the password displayed). And about ten other little annoyances.I have some documentation I want access to from my front room (that's what I bought this . . . thing). I have my own web site so last night I added the link to my web page. Not way (that I have found, so far) to get it set up for direct access to my main page OR the documentation I want. - - - When I get to the documentation link, I press the link, it shows me the full URL and then sits and stares at you.If you want (anti)social media crap, this thing has dozens of ways to get to that. It's more like a cell phone that you can't make calls from. You send texts via E-mail. It insists on rotating the screen. The "back button" shifts from bottom left to bottom right side as it rotates.I really want to like this . . . thing . . . but it is VERY frustrating since it can't make up its mind if keyboard input is acceptable or if you have to use voice commands.Lots of good features VERY poorly presented with LOUSY documentation!

Good product
I definitely do like this tablet. Screen can get a little buggy at times, but it still works! And for the price I wouldn't change it for the world!

horrible sound quality
tablet is good to used for reading and surfing. very disappointing sound quality. even tried to use it on my audio system to play music /videos . still very bad. headphones (skulcandy/jvc/sony) made no improvement. cant even use it for tutorials,( speech audio)great battery life, graphics and key board. very light, feels empty. sitting on a corner of my desk completely ignored.

Money well spent!
My main use of this tablet is social media and gaming so I can't speak for it's performance in any other application but it is great for my needs! My favorite feature is the optional use keypad that contains a backup battery. Its easy to use and so far has exceeded my expectations for a tablet in it's price range.

Keep charging cord in hand
I don't have any dislikes. Great tablet for the money. Battery goes a bit quickly but has an extra one attached to the keyboard. Overall nice screen quality. Very satisfied
