Confusing instructions
Product had warnings in tiny writing about dangers of contact, especially with eyes.Detailed instructions for use on fact sheet available online and a video showing how to use. Video and written instructions differed re application, written- apply diluted cleaner and leave until dry, video-apply cleaner then use damp cloth to wipe off excess cleaner. Despite dire warnings to avoid contact with product video showed man brushing on cleaner then wiping off excess with no protective equipment at all, if product was used in such cavalier fashion it could splash onto face and eyes necessitating careful washing of eyes and seeking of medical attention.The product did clean and prepare the floor well for applying maintenance oil.
