The chocolate I ordered on my prime account arrived a day late and melted. This was an anniversary gift. Highly disappointed. I would like my money back please.

Arrived with a white bloom on chocolates and best before Dec 19 date
These were bought for a gift, they arrived with a white bloom on the dark chocolates....didn’t look appetising at all. To add to that the best by date was December 2019...not pleased as now have the bother of returning them!
