Definitely does the job, and I appreciate it's discretion.So this stuff really works well- minus the horrible cramping. I find that if I take it earlier in the day, I will eliminate within a few hours. However if I take it before bed, I will need to eliminate shortly after I awaken. I have noticed that it is linked to me actually being awake because I will only gently cramp up and receive the warning signal when I am awake. This tea will not cause cramps that wake you in the night. A patient laxative? Who ever heard of that?After finding this I bought more. I use two teabags- TLT and another of my choice (usually mint) for flavor. I have also made a homemade chai and added one of these teabags to my cup. It doesn't matter how you have it- if it's in the cup, it will work.
