I bought this polisher to hide a scratch in the plexiglass cover of my stained leaded glass front door. While not absolutely perfect, the results are not noticed by anyone. Well beyond my expectations. Rather than replace the door, I’m getting the metal frame painted, for perhaps another 15-20 years of proud use.Then later I was trying to clean neglected glass windows that were hidden for decades behind shutters. After 4 try’s with soap, microfiber and squeegee, it was abominable. Then I pulled out the polisher. Just holding the disk, no drill, and 5 minutes later the picture window was ready for the aforementioned soap and squeegee. It was an unexpected bonus.

I purchased this item for polishing out fine scratches in my windshield. I used cerium oxide paste and the felt disk on my cordless drill. The drill had a slower RPM than what was suggested, but with a little extra time and patience I had my windshield looking like new again. There is more in this polishing kit than I will ever use, but it's a lot cheaper than paying for the service elsewhere.I also used the same felt disk with the polishing paste to remove scratches on the surface of my stove. It worked great!

Used with cerium oxide to polish a windshield and it worked great. Pad to buffer, excellent felt pads and the soft cloth unexpectedly helped greatly removing left over buffing material

Felt psd is not firmly packed. Breaks down quickly

I bought it to be used with cerium oxide. The kit included everything I needed. Much cheaper than buying a pre-made kit.

It’s durable and good value...but the base was tilted and it caused rough operation

Works pretty good, used it on a crack on a windshield and it has not spread since.
