This made my hair very dark blue-grey from leaving it literally 5 minutes after application. Quite a lot washed out but it's still very blue/green grey and doesn't look like the pictures on the box. Thankfully, I'm using this for extreme colour correction, so I'm hoping it'll work out once it fades and I add another dye.

Turned my silver hair black, and washed out leaving a nasty green. My fault - did not do a strand test, but I have never had a colour so vastly different from that as shown or described on the box. Pastel it was not.

Colour was much darker grey than I expected but could have been my hair I suppose. Does stain and takes some getting off hands if u get any on.

Absolutely disgraceful.. it says gray but actually turned out a horrible shade of blue! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Trying to rate it zero stars but won’t let me submit without at least one star.

Honestly this has messed my hair up big time took ages bleaching it up for it to go black very dark grey I'm devastated it's not even any where near the pic of the front of the box DONT NOT BUY

Half of the stuff needed to dye hair wasn't in the box when it arrived. Didn't look like it had been opened it, it was just completely missing! Colour was significantly darker than advertised or suggested it could be.

Hair already blonde applied she for a silver grey effect.....ended up black!!!!

Hair went black ⚫ the application was too thick to even come out easily even with the top off. Fuming as now have ta rectify this 😤
