I just received both left and right hearing aids. Manual is a joke. You get a brush with a screwdriver end on the opposite side of the brush, but the brush won't fit in the provided case. All of the extras come in little bags except the little batteries. My were scattered on the floor as they are loose in the case and upon opening they flew out.My left aid every so often plays a group of tones but manual doesn't tell me why or tone meaning. The actual hearing aid appears to work but they are probably going to be sent back.

I almost gave up on the first day. It is SO SMALL!The next day I tried again and it worked beautifully - Over and over again I tried the different ear pads. Now I have that figured out and I am happy. (ended up with the medium one) No more fumbling with taking glasses off and on and disturbing the old hearing aide.I am very happy with it.

Did not work well for me. I basically could hear better without it. Very tinny sound. It also came with only 2 batteries however the packing list said there were 5 batteries. This unit may work for some people...but not for me.

I have worn hearing aids for the past 5 years and have paid significantly more for hearing aids that cost 5 to 10 times the amount that these hearing amplifiers cost. The main problem with hearing aids is the high cost and the limited time that they last (usually 2-3 years). Having gone through 2 sets of higher priced hearing aids in 5 years, I decided to give these a try. I also wanted to try an in the ear instrument versus the behind ear hearing aids that I had previously used, I have been very satisfied with these mini hearing amplifiers from TKING. My only concern was the lack of an instruction sheet and that it only contains 6 earwax guards. I was able to overcome the lack of instructions by reading the questions and viewing the videos on the Amazon web page for this item. It also helped that I had previously worn hearing aids, I contacted TKING about the lack of instructions and the small amount of ear wax guards and they responded by ordering an extra set of earwax guards for me from the factory. If this hearing amplifier lasts as long as it should, I will need more ear wax guards in the future and it would help if Amazon sold these.

The units squealed in my ears, until it hurt. I could never use them. I wish to send them back. Setting up a hearing aid with anew technology must be done by a person, experienced or trained. This is why the companies that sell expensive hearing aids use oncologists. The oncologists set the hearing aid up based on a hearing test and adjust it to fit your ear. Later, they meet with youSeveral times and make adjustments.

I didn't expect much from these but I'm pleasantly surprised. The fit is ok, still getting my ears adjusted to wearing them. I've only had them two days, and working on how to change programs and volume which is a bit confusing. But I can hear! My neighbors will be thrilled my TV volume is down by half. So far worth the investment.

I use this when watching movies on TV and it also helps me hear my Grandson speak (he has a soft speaking voice). My only complaint is the whistling noise when inserting, but once you move your hand way, it is good to go!

Decent. Works enough that if you can’t afford hearing aids.
