this book was sort of helpful with pictures. I found a picture in the book of my part but the problem was it did not give me any information on it or the hoses attached where they went or what they were for! I had a random hose that fallen from the engine bay and was dragged on the ground until it was a stub. I tried to find where it went but you tube and the chilton and Haynes books were of no use! they had a picture but nothing else! They need an online database for each book they sell! Buy a book and get access online to more resources not just the book online! Im glad I have it but it was mostly used to help me keep the truck on the road running if I were to get pulled over by the cops! I had to drive it so the check engine light would go off but It would not go off until the correct part was fixed and the codes cleared! I could not get the truck inspected with a check engine light! Auto shop wanted $600 to replace the $95 part! I ended up spending $200 for 6 parts and $75 on two books and I did it myself and fixed the other problems that caused the one part to break! I doubt the shop would have solved all the problems since they only use the computer to tell them what part to replace! I have lost respect for the auto technicians that play plug in and replace!

Den Umstand dass es ein englischsprachiges Buch ist, lasse ich hier mal außen vor. Alles in Allem ein gutes Buch/eine gute Hilfe zur Anleitung und Selbsthilfe. Was fehlt ist ein ordentliches Stichwortverzeichnis und ebenso ein nachvollziehbares Inhaltsverzeichnis. (vielleicht beurteile ich das aber auch zu "deutsch" - aber im Vergleich zu den "Hilf Dir selbst" Büchern, ist hier der Aufbau eher suboptimal. Es ist alles in schwarz/weiß bzw. Graustufen. Nach ein oder zweimaligem Durchblättern erschließt sich die "Logik", wie die Inhalte gegliedert sind. Alles ist gut, nachvollziehbar erklärt. Eine Ringbindung wäre praxistauglicher. Jetzt sollte man sich vor der Arbeit alles gut durchlesen, weil das Buch nicht während der Arbeit geöffnet liegen bleibt. Das wichtigste/nötigste ist drin, aber es gibt definitiv noch Luft nach oben.
