HP LaserJet P4015n P4015 CB509A Laser Printer - (Renewed)

I purchased a renewed HP P4015 printer from the seller Premium Printers. The printer looked beautiful and printed plain paper great, but I print a high volume of labels and the printer kept jamming. The seller was super responsive and even attempted to troubleshoot with me on the phone. Ultimately, The seller paid for me to return the printer, tested another printer’s label printing ability at their facility, and sent me a “new” renewed printer. The printer is working great and the seller went above and beyond to provide customer satisfaction. I really appreciate their fairness and honesty.

HP 4015 continues to have issues with jamming around the toner feed just off the paper tray. . I really like the HP 4015 printer-- but this seller did not do a good job refurbishing or testing the machine prior to shipment --- recommend you pay more and find a better seller.

Several plastic pieces are broke or missing. The printer itself is working, but I was surprised with all the damage. 3/29/2023 - Now the printer is jamming in the middle of printing checks. It's curling up the corners and stops printing. Not impressed considering I just purchased a few months ago.

After a couple of days use the printer began to jam approximately every fourth page printed. I have not returned yet, but will be soon.

We always have a spare of these as we go through printers like hotcakes. Unfortunately, the time when we actually needed it had also passed the time of returning it if it was faulty and regrettably, all Prints came out light gray ray tinged dotted striped. It was clearly a bad drum. It's a bad printer, this one was is anyway? Wasted a few hundred on this bet.! :(
