I have installed quite a few screens on many devices. Now retired, I had been repairing consumer electronics professionally since the late 1970's. I sent BrightFocal a message about a few dead pixels near center of screen. Since this device was for my personal use, I considered a partial refund would be easier and more cost efficient method than a full blown return for both parties.They REFUSE to work with me on this matter.Terrible customer relations.I will avoid this company in the future.Here is most of the reply they sent:"This could be a stuck pixel. The pixel warranty comply with ISO term. Regarding pixel warranty, based on ISO norm (industrial standard for LCD screen) and laptop manufacturer, it is not considered defective if you have one stuck pixel since there are 2-3 million pixels per screen.Here are reference from laptop manufacturers:[Here there were 4 links to 4 top computer manufactures websites about screens, replacements dead pixels etc. I removed the links because I am sure they will not allow them in a review here.]Quoted from reference: "Because the occurrence of a defective pixel or pixels is normal on all LCD screens, if the LCD screen is replaced with a new one, there is a high probability that the replacement LCD will also exhibit the same characteristics, and potentially have an even greater number of defective pixels or have those pixels appear in a more noticeable position than on the one being replaced."So happy they are eager to save this customer... LOL..I would avoid buying anything from BrightFocal.

Fits perfectly. It was an easy swap took me less than 5 minutes to get my old lcd switched out to the new one. Looks great. And I will be buying other products from this seller in the future. Highly satisfied. If you’re thinking of purchasing this products don’t double think it. BUY IT!!

This replacement screen fits perfectly and is extremely easy to install. Have a perfectly functioning chrome book with cracked screen due to rough handling. Took less than 10 minutes to remove and replace and now chromebook is like new! Acer Chromebook 15: CB3-532-C47C

This screen replacement saved me over $100 dollars. My Chromebook screen broke a while back, and repair shops wanted to charge me $180 to fix it. I decided to look up how to replace my exact Chromebook screen and I care across a video, so I ordered to screen and I was able to replace my old screen! It works like new! The only thing I will be aware of is you need really small screw drivers to get the screws out, or you can strip the screw, making it nearly impossible to take out.
