The wood is bare wood so free to stain or paint. (I did the cup of coffee trick to stain mine) I found it easy to put up (got the husband to do it) looks amazing! Well worth the money.

The media could not be loaded.  Looks great, and very easy to assemble. It doesn’t hold a lot of weight so more for decor than practicality but it was perfect for me. The wood came untreated so I stained it darker to match the space I was using it in. The wood is a little cheap so the staining process isn’t immaculate but does the job! Just be aware the wood comes a lot lighter than is pictured above!

Placed original order for this item and shortly after received an email saying the item was undeliverable and a refund being provided. Re-ordered immediately and it was delivered successfully a couple of days later. Very simple to install - you hang the two metal shelf holders vertically an appropriate distance apart and then slot the (untreated out of the box) wooden shelves into place. Not suitable for very heavy loads, but looks good.

I bought this for my kitchen. It is surprisingly light but sturdy. It is fixed to the wall by 4 screws (not supplied). The shelves just fit into the frame (no other securing required). The shelves are made of paulownia wood. If, like me, you are not familiar with this wood it is very light and feels like thick balsa wood. I am very pleased with the unit, it looks great and very modern.

Purchased this for a little Easter lockdown DIY project to display my skincare in the bathroom. Was easy to put up albeit we needed raw plugs and screws which thankfully we had.As soon as I get the chance I’ll treat the wood with some linseed oil to protect it.Overall I thought great value and nice, clean Scandinavian design. Would heartily recommend and I would buy again if was looking for display shelves for another room.

Nice and simple product, the brackets were a little warped so they didn't stick out perfectly straight once mounted on the wall. This wouldn't be a problem except I worried that the shelves might not be as stable because of this. I did add some small nails to the underside of the shelves to help hold them in place as they are just resting on the brackets. The shelves themselves are soft unfinished wood, which I actually prefer as you can stain them to match your furniture but they still look good unstained as well. However one of the shelves did have some fingerprints stained onto it already so that wasn't ideal. Overall very pleased, they look great!

Looks great and will look better when bedroom has been decorated (we’ve only just moved in). The shelves are sturdy as is the frame. Just right for all of my special treasures. Easy to put together it was just a shame that no fixing screws were supplied.
