WINNER ALL THE WAY
I am reviewing this item more than a year after I bought it. It has functioned perfectly from the day I installed it. I was mildly apprehensive about the ambient water temperature design, but that has not been a problem at all. The cost of the Blue Bidet is quite reasonable, considering the benefits of cleanliness (and thus health) it provides. And over time the reduction in toilet paper use will offset the cost.

Functioning as well as expected. Only issue w installation is that it did not come w Teflon tape (as other blue bidets usually do)

Didn't last a month.
The installed fine. I got two. One of them though has a funny control switch. It hoed past high and stop in 360 degrees full circle but it still works fine. The all brass connector are a must have I think. No leaks so far.

Looks good, but not usuable for our family
The bidet looks pretty well made, but we never installed it. Once out of the box and we could see it, we could tell our "wide bodies" would sit right on the water control and possibly break the bidet. Even if it did not break, we would be unable to turn the water on since we would be sitting on the dial. Wish I could tell you more. The water outlet extends downward when water is turned on. It looks like the further down it goes, the further forward the water spray would go. This might give some flexibility as where the water actually hits; that would be a good thing. It might work very well for your family, if no one is very large.

Best investment!
I always thought this kind of thing would be more costly or extravagant. I'm so happy that I discovered how affordable it actually is and ordered mine. It's portable, so as a renter, I can take it to my next home when I move. YAY!
