Very good when you lose your appetite/weak. It definitely helps maintaining your energy and not feeling super weak. I wish it was a bit cheaper though. I bought the chocolate one and loved it, not too sweet, but still chocolatey.

The taste is ok/nice but they don't last very long at all. Before I purchased this I wanted to know how many servings a tin would do. I can see why they don't tell you because each serving is SIX scoops, which I weighed as 73g. The whole tub is only 400g. So, that means there are only 5.5 servings in each 400g tin, which equates to £2.20 per serving. Also, if you have 2 servings a day, it means a single tin will only last you 2.5 days. So, you need to get well stocked up on these. Also, the larger tin is actually MORE expensive, so makes zero sense ever buying it when the smaller tub is cheaper (for the same amount).

Things like protein, vitamin C, water, fibre etc. are the unsung heroes when it comes to human health. As you get older, your appetite goes down and quite often this means your protein intake goes down too, sometimes to dangerous levels. The cells in your body use amino acids to form varieties of proteins and all such these things are used for many many different purposes in your body to help maintain, not just physical fitness but happiness and mental fitness too. As we get older this whole process slows down but we can try to help fight the aging process, or help in your recovery process too, if you are ill. How? This is supposed to be a nutritional healthy drink, yet the sugar content is so high that I personally think it is not "that" healthy. and it is too expensive, it didnt do anything for me. i am trying to gain weight. I have tried the singapore manufactured version while in Asia and it is very low sugar and not this expensive.

Ensure drinks are very good. Taste great, easy to mix. Doesn't form lumps. Makes a nice thick chocolate drink. Good value.

Was pleased with the product seem to give me the bit of a bounce which was missing in my day to day. On the other hand i think it is quite expensive as it only lasted a few days of 6 scoops a day.
