Finished the trunk in my car. Used a Harbor Freight pressure pot and a 2mm tip siphon spray gun. Set the pot to 10 psi and the gun to 50. Put on a light coat, waited an hour then a heavy coat (about 75º air temp). Came out great and the finish is very hard and with a slight gloss. Used thier catalyst 16/1 ratio.

Zolatone did a great job on the inside of my aluminum boat.
Worked great. One gallon covered the inside of my 14' Gregor aluminum boat. I used a regular old-style spray gun, which worked fine -- it was a finer splatter, but it looks good, worked well, and saved buying one of the splatter guns. Zolatone is a great product.

Diddent come with activator, doesn't cover well needs several coats , very expensive.
