Great quality TV w/vivid color and sound
I love everything about this television. Great price, good quality sound and picture. Many smart features and blue tooth capability. I don't have cable; I only use this for Hulu, Netflix and YouTube and I couldn't be more pleased. I'm not tech savvy but found little difficulty figuring out the many features. If your'e looking for a mid-size flt screen, this is the television for you!

Great high def 40” tv $200. Worth every penny
Bought this for my Daughter’s condo no brainer it’s so good . All the features, numerous inputs, good sound from the built in speakers- easy setup to WiFi.

Wanted to get an Android TV for my son who is attending college, this is a great value.
My son wanted a TV, and PC monitor. He isn't a super gamer so 60 Hz progressive was OK. This is only a 1080 progressive screen, but was inexpensive and has an Android OS. It works very well and he is quite happy with it. Set up is mostly attaching two legs to the frame with 2 screws per leg, then logging in a gmail account which is done via code sent to your cell phone (you do not provide passwords to this set).

Great Customer Service, Cheap Product!
At first I thought it was a great buy, and gave it Five stars, but I'm forced to come back and give it one.The T.V. is defective it turns on and off all by itself. I contacted the seller and as of yet I've not heard from them. I contacted Amazon and with the Covid -19 all i get is a voice mail stating to deal with them via the net.It's not about the money, it about the Principle. If your selling a product back it up with a warranty and great customer service. I would not recommend this product.

Other remote changes the channel.
When watching this at night my remote from my vape changes the channel. Every time and I get so tired of it that I don't use this set much anymore. Too bad it is a very good tv. Good picture, the remoter works well, so does the sound and the timer.

Android Apps have GUI scaling issues.
*UPDATE 3*Hisense reps have been getting back to me to request photos and ask questions about the TV. They appear to be taking me seriously and are working on the issue. I'll probably update my review to 3 or 4 stars once this issue is fixed.*UPDATE 3 OVER**UPDATE 2*Hisense got back to me and as expected, blamed the apps. They told me I would need to contacted each app’s manufacturer for an update. They did not have an answer for me about the screen running in 720p mode and said they would get back to me once they looked at the screen shot of Recheck. Down to one star now.*UPDATE 2 OVER**UPDATE*It appears that when the TV is in Android mode it sets the display to 720p yet all the apps still run as if the display is at 1080p. I e-mailed Hisense but have yet to hear back from them. This has affected several more apps since I first posted the review. I have lowered the rating by one star until this issue is addressed.*UPDATE OVER*I bought this TV because it runs Android. Two of the biggest streaming apps on the market, HBO Go and Hulu are having graphical issues that make them a pain to use. It appears something is wrong with their GUI scaling because all the menus are zoomed in. The video themselves don’t have any issues however, 4x3 content on HBO is off to the side instead of in the middle of the screen. I uploaded photos for everyone to see for themselves. I hope this issue is fixed soon with software updates.The Android interface also feels sluggish and laggy. I am not sure if it is an issue with the remote or the TV. On the plus side, apps can be sideloaded without a problem. I installed Adguard this way and it appears to working so far with the setting I have chosen for it. Ad free streaming!!!

Sucks
This tv is a pain in the ass. The volume IS HORRIBLE. Everything you watch you cant hear the dialogue, I have it blasting and you still cant hear them talk only the background. This is for every single show and movie. You cant use the hulu app which is stupid, and you cant use the microphone on the remote.
