Samsung USB to 21Pin Data Cable for Galaxy S5 and Note 3 N9000, White (Non-Retail Packaging)

I don't normally take the time to leave reviews on products I purchase here but am making an exception in this case. I bought two of these cables for my Galaxy S5. The first one worked fine and the second one was defective. My laptop would not recognize my phone and Windows informed me the last USB I plugged into the device was malfunctioning. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement cable. It arrived in faster time than my original order took that was placed through Amazon! All they asked was that I return the defective cable so that they could test it and the defective cable was mailed to them today. Both cables work flawlessly! So I am giving a big "Thumbs Up!" to the seller! Don't know why some reviewers say this will not work with the Galaxy S5. It most certainly does work with the S5. The cable is a tight fit, as is the OEM cable that I received with my phone. I notice that you almost have to be perfectly aligned with any cable you use on the Galaxy S5 and have to insert it straight in and not at an angle. It is not as forgiving as the mini cables on other phones. Hope this review helps those of you who may be undecided. I recommend these cables and I highly recommend this seller!

Had this cord for years with no issues. Great quality. Failed about 5 years in which I consider great for a charging cord. Fit great and cord length was perfect for what I needed. Most phones are type-C now, but if you need an older model cord this one is good.

Going on the 4th year of owning and still using my Galaxy S5, my factory OEM Samsung charging cable that came with my phone finally split and frayed from all the bending from the connection point between the phone and the cable. So, I came to Amazon hoping there was a replacement cable that can replace my factory OEM one from Samsung instead of making a trip to the cellphone store to pay even more for a replacement cable. I came across this product in hopes that it'll work. So far the cable is holding up well and continues to charge my Galaxy S5. The cable connection to the phone has a tight secure fit, and doesn't come loose at all when using the phone when plugged into a PC or a wall adapter. A lot of people comment about the charging speed of the OEM cable versus replacement ones you find on the internet. OF course the speed will vary if charging via a computer, or the AC plug-in adapter (whether it's Samsung's wall adapter or an OEM adapter).

Have purchased several charges for Galaxy S5. Expensive espe c I ally at Verizon and Target. Ran 12-30.00. They worked for a short time or not at all. Ordered one of these-inexpensive and worked great. However you need to handle carefully. Wires to charger can be pulled loos e. I actually taped a piece of lite cardboard around wires and charge plug-in. I also ordered 5 or 6 more -cheap and hard to find. Want them for use when these pull apart. As you can see in picture the charge plug is actually 2 plugs in one. Great. 1 solid plug does not work
