Swivel head
Love the swivel head. It’s perfect for watering hanging pots in the down position, then adjust for window boxes to flower beds. The thumb controlled on and off is a plus. By far the BEST water wand I’ve ever used.

Lots of nice features but I wouldn’t get it again
I like the thumb control but the head is at an odd angle, 90 degrees. The head also leaks as you water, a constant stream of water drips down to your feet. It’s sometimes very difficult to turn the sprayer to different settings, like jet or gentle shower etc. otherwise it has all the features I wanted but I wouldn’t buy it again.

Good choice for me
I did a lot of comparisons between spray nozzles before choosing this one, and for the most part I'm thrilled with my choice. I needed some specific settings to use for watering my mostly-container garden, and I had been using an older, squeeze-grip regular short-style nozzle with multiple spray patterns for years until it simply wore out. I decided to replace it with something with some length so I wouldn't have to bend so much, and I needed something without a squeeze grip due to my wrist issues, plus I definitely wanted a ratcheting head. I had no idea it would be so difficult to find a nozzle with the settings I wanted, but it was.I agree with some reviewers that the fitting to adjust the settings on this nozzle can be difficult to turn, but even with my weak wrists, I can still turn it. The settings include the ones I required, plus some others which will be useful. It is a sturdy tool with a large, comfortable grip, and it comes with extra rubber washers, which is nice. The ratcheting can be accomplished either with the hand or by pressing the sprayer head this way or that against the ground, a flower pot, or another surface. The only real complaint I have is the design of the ratchet area. With the blunt end of the shaft sticking out the way it does, it's easy to get it hung up on branches, plant hangers, fencing, etc.. I anticipated this being a problem, so I looked extensively for something with the ratchet at the end, but after such an extensive and time-consuming search, this was the tool that came closest to what I wanted, so I went ahead and ordered. It's serving its purpose well.

What a Waste
This is the worse watering wand I've ever purchased. Although there are multiple spray options to choose from, good luck trying to turn the fitting to get to them. I am no wimp. I feel for anyone with arthritis or strength issues who may have ordered this piece of junk. When I was finally able to move it to a couple of spray modes, I turned the water on and this thing leaked like a sieve! Into the trash it goes...

About as good as they all are
It’s alright. Kind of leaky but I think they all leak. At least everyone I’ve ever had leaks. I do like the longer handle.

Water Wand
Perfect for reaching hanging baskets love that I can shut off the water flow when moving from basket to basket or across the yard to my garden a bonus is being able to change the flow of the spray.

Hard to adjust
My husband and I both have difficulty adjusting the spray on this wand. If you do not have a fair amount of strength in your hands, I'd suggest looking at other options. Other than that, it works fine and seems sturdy enough to last a long time. I like the on/off control, which is very easy to use.

Just what I needed and more
Exactly what I needed for some of my hanging baskets and use it for all my plants. I use it for so much more than just watering plants.
