Can I purchase the shams?

The quilt set I bought came with two shams. I do not know if you can buy additional shams

Does the king size quilt fit a queen bed?

If you want it to hang down to the floor. My aunt had a queen and she only used king size quilts and comforters

Is design pattern all the way to top of the quilt? There is a big blank space at the top of the bedspread version.

The big blank pattern you see on top of the bedspread is because the coverlet is folded and showing the backing. Embroideries are all over the quilt
