Set of 2 E Scooter 8.5” Street and Off Road Traction Replacement Tires Sick of changing tubes for your air tires in your scooter? Change your tires to these non-flat, Explosion-Proof Tires. These specialty full rubber tires will give you a soft and safe ride. One that can even go off road to a reasonable extent. The honeycomb technology is made to absorb the bumps in the road, providing a softer, smoother ride even though these strong tires are made of 100% rubber. Please watch videos on YouTube for instructions if you’ve never changed the tires on your Escooter. This process can take time and work but the outcome is worth it! And once you’ve changed them, it’s done! No need to change your tires for a very long time as these tiers will last much longer than air filled tires will. Make sure to do this right to insure a safe ride. The tracks and grooves on the tire surface help with the scooters grip and anti-skid ability. These tires are made to make your ride safer and more enjoyable. Please apply them properly and drive safe!!

Heat, Might and Three Screwdrivers
I got my first flat on my m365 scooter from a puncture on my front tire around 900 miles (1400km) of use. I did a ton of research and electric scooters UK say these honeycomb v2.0 tires are the only solid tires they will put on the m365. If you are like me with a front tire flat, you went through a great ordeal just to loosen the 18mm lugnuts.Installation:I boiled my tire for 20 minutes as recommended in many videos. It was more malleable after boiling, but do not expect it to be easy to work with. We used two boards and a towel to try to protect the grey wire running into the front tire hub while exerting pressure pushing the tire on from the opposite side.My wife and I used three screwdrivers to install this honeycomb tire. We put one screwdriver through the inner rim of the tire and twisted its circular shank as we moved along. We took two screwdrivers and worked slowly all the way around the outer rim putting the screwdrivers --all the way through the honeycomb tire-- and pulling the tire over the outer rim with a lot of might. We got it done. We scratched up my hub rim quite a bit. I did not hesitate to use the rim for leverage. It was completely worth it. I used some Rustoluem universal gray touch up paint and you can no longer tell parts of the rim were scratched unless you look super closely. After we got the tire mostly on, we had some fine tuning to do to get it correctly on the rim. We screwdriver went in the honeycomb from the side that needed the tire to come towards it. We pushed/pulled from the other side that was not completely over the rim. Our whole project took about 30 minutes of strenuous effort after the tire was boiled.Ride:I think it is important to note right away that I weigh about 143 pounds (61kg). I have been using my new honeycomb front tire for about a day over about 20 miles (32km). I only replaced the front tire, so I have one pneumatic, and one solid honeycomb tire. Steering and balancing are different. Your body weight plays a much bigger role in turning. Weight changes are much more responsive which may be scary to some people. I've already adapted and I kind of like it. I can feel the bumps now. It feels as if the tires need to be inflated. Some surfaces are perfect, but others you can feel the imperfection in the road. When you go over a bad crack you sometimes hear a crash sound, kind of like a boat crashing into a wave. You will notice imperfections in the road. You can feel the scooter deck vibrating more.Power consumption:I have not noticed any decline in performance with one honeycomb tire. Maybe my acceleration is hurt a little. My top speed still hits 15.5mph (25km/h) and it can maintain it. I do a lot of assistance kicking myself. I haven't noticed any serious extra drag. I'm sure I'm losing some performance, but I would guess it is probably in the range of 5 to 10 percent.Final thoughts:I've read that the battery soldering can come loose from solid tires. This may be the case, but I never want to change that front tire again. I've previously upgraded the bottom of my deck to have padding in the battery chamber. I have no regrets.

Super hard to install
Still haven't been able to install. Without several strong hands and the right equipment, they are impossible to install.

Good tires for the most part!
Wasn’t too hard to install. Need to man handle them to get them on. I boiled them in water for 3 minutes and then lubed up the edges and it slid right on my scooter rim. Once I had them back on the scooter, the ride is a little more rough but nothing to bad. Also, because the part of the tire that touches the ground is more flat than the original tire, it doesn’t corner as well.

NO MORE FLAT TIRES!
Very easy to install, all you need is some soap with water and then put it on the wheel and slips right in! The tires was reliable off roads too. Would highly recommend this to all the electric scooters!
