Never again will I go the V&H direction. Your better off saving a little more and buying quality and support. I feel like customer support is like the "Soup Guy" from Seinfeld. As far as the Fuelpak it works good and lots to do but God forbid you have an issue and need support.....Good luck.

East to install. Lacking a little in instructions. Now wait for the weather to straighten out too see how it works.

This is a great tuner for somone who is added exaust and an air cleaner to their bike. However, if you are looking to maximize your HP. This is probably not the best tuner for you. Do your homework.One you link this tuner to a motorcycle it is married to the motorcycle. You cannot use it on another motorcycle, ever.

I received the product several days early, installation was a breeze, Vans & Hines tech support was quick to respond to my inquiry and sent me the correct map for my exhaust.

Pretty easy to use and had great success! Tech support was awesome due to my old tuner locking my ECM. Bike runs better than ever!! Suppose V&H will pay the speeding tickets I got already?

The FP3 just recently became the best value for end user bike tuners since the competition almost doubled their units price overnight.Unit is pretty easy to install and the software is intuitive. I did have an issue not being able to modify the downloaded tune, including any 'autotuning' functions. I Uninstaller and reinstalled the append a downloaded tune but still couldn't modify it and got a "you have no permissions" error every time. I ended up using a different phone I had and it paired and performed all tasks just like it is supposed to. Just some thing to consider if you have an issue.The chosen tune works pretty well 'out of the box' but with some autotune runs and maybe uploading the tune to support through the app should really dial it in.Just for info: This was installed on a 2012 FLTRU with a full HD Stage IV kit.

This is a no brainer for most after market performance upgrades past stage 1, but the writing is in the wall, EPA is coming after these type of devices and VH will no doubt stop production at some time, the FP 4 will only allow stage one upgrade tuning.

I had an old fuel pack on the bike and I called Customer Service and they were able to walk me through the process and get it working properly. Their service line was very busy so I had to call twice but once I got someone they were great. I have only ridden a bike for a short time does far but can definitely notice how much smoother idle and quicker throttle response. Looking forward to set up the auto tune and get it tune perfectly
