Camcorder Newbie
Ok.. I'm new to camcorders. I've never even held obe before today. I've always used my phone and been content. So getting this cam corder was a bit new to me. Still, this cam corder was pretty easy to figure out!Now, here are some observations about what I did and did not like, and please keep in mind that I have no idea if this is normal for all cameras, or unique to this one.LIKE: You can set the definition of videos and pictures. You can go full, or dial it back a bit if you're trying to save on memory card space.This camera fits really comfortably in my hand. I can reach all the buttons easily enough, and I have kind of small hands.The features are simple, but it still gives you a few fun options like the ability to change the recording mode from normal to sepia, or B&W, or blue/Red/greenDISLIKE: When I use the zoom toggle, the sound is picked up on the recording no matter how gently I try and use the button. Lots of clicks.The strap that goes around your hand has Velcro to adjust, but everything is sewn in place, so you can't really adjust it too much . I pulled the strap till it was comfortable on my hand and I had no Velcro left to fasten down so I had to loosen it.When I push the menu buttons (while not recording) there is a loud obnoxious beep every time, and I can't figure out a way to disable that.SUMMARY: I like this camera and think it's a great option to learn with. A great introductory for kids and adults alike. I only had one problem when trying to use it. I pulled the SD card from my camera and popped it in, and every time I tried to take a picture, the screen would freeze all pixelated and the only way I could fix it was to remove the battery. So I read the instruction book again and realized I'd missed the part where it said if your SD card had been used, then you need to reformat it. So I popped it in my laptop, deleted all the old photos and reformatted it. That fixed it! Don't make my mistake! Read the whole instruction book lol!

Pets camera!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I bought it for taking videos of my cat and it works, it’s enough to take videos for cats, they’re already movie stars! It’s not good quality with people, but for cats is really fine.

Lightweight fancy cam
I ordered this cam for capturing outdoor activities and family events. this is a great product for the price. All you need is an sd card and you can easily get started with recording the videos. Its a lightweight and small cam which can be easily carried. Comes with a case and batteries. The video quality is decent and comparable to my old camera which is priced 5-6 times more than this.

Great value camera
So lightweight and easy to use i let my niece run around with it - it keeps her occupied and she tires out before the camera does - so , good battery life (2 batteries come with the camera)All the expected features are here. 1080p resolution, zoom, rotating good quality screen, tripod socket - basically everything you need to get going except for the micro card. I had to get one.The resultant video and sound quality is good even on a huge screen.Great value, well worth it

Great find!
I’ve been having issues with my cell phone video feature when stumbled on this video camera. The price was right so I figured I’d try it out. It exceeded my expectations. It’s lightweight, easy to use and the quality of the videos are clear and bright. If I had to give one critique, it would be that I wished the pouch was slightly larger so I could fit all the wires plus the camera. However it comes with an extra battery and everything you need so no real complaints!!

IMPRESSIVE
This camcorder is a joy to use. It has a simple menu in 13 different languages. Quite capable for the price. This baby films in Full High Definition. As far as still photography, 24MP allows u the ability to print billboard size. The digital image stabilization is on point; minimal to no jarring effect on the images I shot at a kite festival using an impromptu tripod. I’m not comparing it to a $2000 camcorder. For its price it’s a solid coup. I use SD memory cards for small remote projects. It supports 4-32gb cards and when I need more memory I hook it up to my laptop.

Video and picture quality are terrible.
I purchased two of these to record at a wedding. The description says HD. The actual quality is terrible, grainy and blurry. Tried formatting the memory card as instructed and any other tips I could come across, and it was just terrible. Glad I had time to return these and order better ones before the big day. I definitely would not recommend these to anyone above grade school age unless they are just for a toy.

Does not work properly.
I got this product for a counseling course where I need to record mock sessions and the battery life is terrible. It dies after about 30 minutes and when the recording froze about 10 minutes in and then started another recording after 10 minutes of being frozen. Spend the extra money and purchase a good quality recorder.
