Watch the video if you’ve never done it before.
Perfect fit! 2012 VW Beetle 2.0 Turbo. Took all of 10 minutes to swap it out. Had a lot of trouble with loss of power when starting the car on a flat surface. Smacked the fuel filter and it started right up. So I figured I needed to replace it. It’s $25 less on here than it was at Autozone. The clips have a button on them to release. It’s very simple once you see them. Definitely look up the you tube video on it. No need to get yourself frustrated over a simple clip. You’re going to need a flat head to compress them if you have big fingers. Three clips and a philips head screw and you’re good. Make sure you hear the click when putting the hoses back on to ensure they are seated properly. Started right up. Old filter had brown coming out of the input so I’m hoping that was the issue.

Well Worth the Money
Bought this to replace the fuel filter on my 2015 Jetta. Saved a ton of money over what the stealership would have charged me.

Great Value, Double check your work before Turning on the car.
Great Value, I replaced the Fuel Filter on my CBFA mk6 GTI at 45k miles. I do feel a difference, the car gas pedal responds a bit better. I did it myself with a little bit of Youtube and Google Help. Great Value, the only mishap I had was that I didn't make sure one of the connectors "click" so I had a small spill, which I imedately fixed by turning off the engine and making sure the lines were tightly connected. Other than that, this filter is OEM quality and its MANN I always use their stuff, a bit pricey but here at Amazon it was a great deal at 25 + shipping.

Fit my 2007 VW GTI perfectly
This Mann filter was an exact fit for my GTI. Other well known parts stores WANTED TWICE THE PRICE for similar filters. The install was quick and easy with one mounting screw and 3 lines to remove. One caveat: the hoses are secured to the filter via a retaining clip that will need to be depressed prior to removal. This can done by pushing against a small (blue or black tab) on the end of each line and gently pulling on the line to remove it from the filter. Should take no more than 30" to remove/replace this filter. Hope this helps!

Works for Mk6 GTI
Easy install but I would get a spare fuel bracket screw just in case yours in rusted. The filter is quick to change but the rusted screw took me an additional 1hr to remove with a drill. Wear safety goggles and turn your head away from the filter when you remove the lines (once they've been unclipped). You've been warned, I ended up with a face full of fuel cause the lines were pressurized even though the car was off for 30min
