My skin all over my body and feet got super dry as soon as the cooler weather hit
Something really strange started happening to the skin by my ankle recently. My skin all over my body and feet got super dry as soon as the cooler weather hit. However, I developed a dark, thick, crusty looking spot on my ankle. I have a buildup of scar tissue in that area from an old injury that sticks out further than my actual ankle bone. Therefore it rubs on my socks, clothes, shoes. Almost like a callus. Definitely unattractive, especially for upcoming flip flop weather. I have tried many other scrubs, lotions, acids and even the Baby Foot mask and while they do make my feet feel temporarily softer, nothing truly hydrates my skin. When I read about this product it said it could smooth without acids which is what sold me. I used a foot cream with glycolic acid in it, but I could not deal with the sticky residue it left behind. It may have worked, but I just could not use it enough because it felt so gross. I have been using this Heel Chemistry for 10 days now, and have seen a HUGE improvement. My feet look and feel amazing already. It feels like I have used Baby Foot mask and all of the dead skin has peeled off and I am left with the fresh new skin. The skin on my feet is almost too sensitive because they are not protected by a hard layer of skin anymore. I can actually feel with my feet! The dark, rough spot on my ankle is much better. I feel with prolonged use I can completely get rid of it! (See pics above) The lotion is very lightweight. The first time I applied it, I was thinking "what is this going to do for my dry feet?" It has to be heavy and thick to be moisturizing, right? Wrong. It feels amazing applying it. It contains menthol so it feels very cool and refreshing. It soaks right in. Unlike any body/foot lotion I have ever used. No trace of it in less than 5 minutes. Very, very nice formula. I only apply to my whole foot every night, but I apply to my rough spot on my ankle morning and night. I will update again once I have used this longer/made more progress.

Excellent
Intense herbal smell, absolute best results. The only lotion I’ve ever used that truly soothes and banishes dry skin. I use the heel hydration for hands as well

More than just another skin creme - breaks cycle of localized persistent dry skin patches
Used it on one elbow that was very chapped. I felt it going deep into to my elbow to help new skin develop. Have patience; it takes time to get a new layer of skin to replace old, chapped, ugly skin. It works in the end! Works quicker on smaller patches on arms & legs. Finally going sleeveless for summer!

Working, ever so slowly...
I have been suffering from painful cracked fingertips for about 3 weeks now. My thumbs and smaller fingers have it the worst, the center fingers are more of a minor issue. I've no idea what brought it on, have never had this problem before, so I'm assuming it can be caused by any of the reasons Dr. Interwebs suggests and have been making changes accordingly. Doing too many dishes? Started wearing gloves. Weather fluctuations? Again, a variety of gloves. And any and every cream, lotion and tonic that claims to be the cure. When you have cuts across your fingertips you're aware of it constantly...from discomfort to pain to continual throbbing. Patience is a challenge; you want something to work and to work now. I haven't found anything instantaneous cures. I started with glowzone for cracked heals and elbows, after 4 days I did notice some improvement so I continue to use it but there have been no miracles. I'm also massaging emu oil into my fingertips twice a day, it's said to be very healing. Next, I'm using Retin-Oil by Hand Chemistry, the same company that makes this cream. It's said to strengthen the skin and help resolve scars. And finally, I'm also using this product, Hand Chemistry Heel Hydration Complex. It's very soothing and feels good when I apply it so I've been using it 4-5 times a day. While my hands definitely feel softer and smoother the painful cracked fingertips remain. There has.been improvement, slow improvement. Although it seemed like the condition came on quite suddenly it certainly isn't leaving with the same expediency. If you as suffering likewise and can only commit to one or 2 products I would suggest this one (Hand Chemistry Heel Hydrtion) and either the Retin-Oil or the Heel and Elbow Balm. And gloves. Gloves when doing the dishes, gloves for warmth and to keep hands dry.

Best foot cream ever
This cream was initially gifted to me by a friend who swore by it and she was entirely correct. It is, by far, the best foot cream I have ever used, and its slightly minty smell is lovely. With consistent use, it definitely makes a difference.
